Well, it must be a great place to stay I ended up living here for about 6 months! As seen from the pictures, the views are quite exquisite and the whole place has a unique, rustic, and warm feel. The 1920s spanish style is charming, but keep in mind it is a bit of an older building, so there can be some caveats to that. Everything stated in the description and pictures is accurate, and I highly recommend considering this lovely place to stay while experiencing all LA has to offer. Also, the owners are extremely nice and very responsive, and the neighbors are great too.
To summarize my experience I'll give you the good and the not so good.
The Good: spectacular views, prime location, big soft bed, and the comfort of home.
Not So Good: on a steep hill, kitchen is tiny, shared internet was spotty, missing a few finishing touches.
The pluses definitely outweigh the minuses, you'll be hard pressed to find a better place to stay for the value. If you have the chance to book a stay here, you'll be sure to enjoy it.
