Summary:

Come enjoy this Spokane Valley Oasis in the quiet and beautiful Ponderosa neighborhood! This home is complete with a back yard perfect for families or small gatherings. Relax in the jetted hot-tub with all bells and whistles! The yard also features a fire-pit, outdoor furniture, basketball court, and a hammock! This cozy home has multiple living spaces and a beautifully remodeled and fully stocked kitchen. You will find yourself never wanting to leave this comfortable, clean and beautiful space!



The Space:

South Valley Estate with rare main floor living, an abundance of space. The spacious kitchen features vaulted ceilings and an island. There are multiple living spaces all complete with smart TV's. Each bedroom is complete with a sound machine. There is an additional bedroom not included in the listing photos which includes a queen sized bed. There is a ring camera doorbell on the front door. (Basement Bedrooms have none egressed windows)



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home and front and back yards.



The Neighborhood:

Hiking- (Dishman Hills Conservation Area - Iller Creek Conservation Area)



Other Things to Note:

Use of the hot-tub requires a few specific rules.

1. No Food or Drink in the Hot tub

2. Shower or rinse off before use

3. Turn off all jets/lights/waterfalls after use and cover!

1. The fireplaces are prohibited from being used.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available for normal contact between 8am and 9pm, but always available by phone for emergencies.

Perfect for family gathering

This house was perfect for our family’s Easter celebration. We were visiting our daughter at Gonzaga and the house had plenty of room for our gathering of young adult and teenage kids. The hot tub was a hit, and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds.

Such a Great House

We flew in from NC, for a Celebration of Life, for my Mom. I was raised on the South Hill, and that is also where she lived. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 3 children. Jeff, the host, replied back quickly, and was very flexible. Spokane, had record snowfall for 2025. The backyard is fully fenced, so the kids could play. We will definitely come back.

Great place for a family get-together

This was the perfect house for our family gathering, where we met to visit an aunt and uncle who just downsized in Spokane. It was clean and roomy, and we LOVED the back yard BBQ, spending time together on the deck, catching up, and the hot tub after it cooled off at night! Check-in was easy and the host was super responsive.

Great house for a large group!

We had a good experience staying in this house. We had a total of 15 people staying from age 2-adult. During the final inspection of our house prior to our arrival we were notified by the owner that the air conditioning wasn’t working. He made arrangements for an HVAC person to come the next day. It was an easy fix and we had air conditioning the rest of our stay. We were offered a discount for our first night that was affected (as it was really hot and impacted our moods and sleep). I counter offered and it was accepted and refunded right away. The communication from the owner was prompt throughout all of our our correspondence. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and we appreciated the pack and play and air mattress that were provided. There were also additional folding chairs provided in the garage. The house was very clean! The hot tub and basketball court were a favorites when we were at the house! We would stay at this house again!

Great house! Everything it promised to be!

This was a wonderful house with all the amenities we needed for our group of 3 adults and 3 teens: ⭐️ lots of spacious, comfortable “hang-out” spaces ⭐️ great backyard with grill, hot-tub, b-ball court ⭐️ very clean and in great condition ⭐️ easy access for us to events in all parts of Spokane, Spokane Valley, and even Cd’A We will definitely rent again if needed!

Group Stay

4 bedrooms with comfy mattresses as well as two full/twin bunkbeds! A separate space for television watching while the rest of the group can gather in the kitchen. I was worried we were too far away from our downtown reservations, but we jumped in an Uber so we didn't have to park! No complaints. Super clean and updated.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

This house and property fit our needs very well. It was clean and spacious. We were a group of 8 coming to Spokane from MT, CA, and UT for a friend’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the back deck with the fire pit was an excellent place to gather, and the house’s proximity to a grocery store was convenient. We would definitely stay here again the next time we need a place to stay in the Spokane/Spokane Valley area.
