BV325 is designated as a Vacation-My-Way property, requiring a 3-night minimum stay year-round, excluding the 2nd full-week of August which requires a 7-night stay. There is no elevator at the property and the condo entrance is 2 flights from the ground floor. The entry floor has the Master suite with King bed and door leading to covered deck. The top floor offers 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Queen bed and Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom, Twin on top) with pull out Trundle. 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, covered furnished deck, and 1 covered parking space are just a few of the amazing perks to this property!
