Lovely 3 bed & 2.5 bath condo with pond and canal views. It's the perfect respite from your OBX adventures of the day! Enjoy easy access to the community pool & hot tub, tennis/basketball/volleyball courts, on-site fitness center, Pirate's Cove Marina, Ship Store, Blue Water Bar & Grill and much more! Experience spectacular sunrises and sunsets and birdwatching with coffee or meals on the furnished covered deck. Great for families and couples! Completely renovated in 2022, the property has a full kitchen with counter seating, large TVs, WiFi, and covered parking (for boat or jet-ski trailer, or 1 vehicle). BV425 is non-smoking & pet-free, sleeping 7 people. The Master suite, located on the entry level, has a Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower, and private access to the covered deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the top floor, with one holding a Queen bed and the other a Pyramid Bunk (Double on the bottom, Twin on top). The bedrooms on the top floor share a hall bathroom. This is a Vacation-My-Way property, requiring a minimum of a 3-night stay year-round, excluding the 2nd full week of August which must be a full-week rental.
