Hawthorne 222 is a spacious, multi-level residence located in the Aspens community of Wilson, Wyoming. Overlooking quiet open space and surrounded by mature aspens, this inviting condo offers a peaceful setting with room to relax, recharge, and enjoy Jackson Hole year-round.
With over 1,000 square feet and a thoughtful two-level layout, this home is ideal for families or small groups seeking both comfort and a bit of separation between living and sleeping spaces.
Living & Entertaining Spaces
- Open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area designed for gathering and connection
- Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home
- Comfortable living room with electric fireplace and large windows bringing in natural light
- Dining table with seating for six, ideal for shared meals, games, or planning the next day's adventures
- Private covered balcony surrounded by aspens, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
- Additional built-in sleeping nook beneath the living room window

- Bedroom featuring a queen bed
- Full bathroom with tub/shower combination

Upper Level
- Bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to a king for a fee)

This property does not feature traditional air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during the summer months. A swamp cooler is provided in the upstairs bedroom to help maintain comfortable temperatures during warmer months.
The Aspens is a charming residential community located between the Town of Jackson and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Its central location provides convenient access to Grand Teton National Park as well as Teton Village. At the entrance to the Aspens neighborhood, guests will find a market, wine shop, coffee shop, and several dining options within walking distance. Public transportation is available from the Aspens to both the Town of Jackson and Teton Village (fare required).
After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

Important Policies

- Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
