The DAM Camp, is a newly constructed home with a chic farmhouse feeling. Brand new everything - high speed Starlink Wi-Fi, smart home features and a stress free, cozy interior. The house is 5 minutes from all of Rangeley's downtown amenities and 10 minutes from the renowned Saddleback Mountain road entrance. Snowmobile right from your door and take the trail to Moose Alley where you and your friends/family can bowl, play games and have some good drinks! More of a mud lover? Drive 5 minutes to the trail entrance to ATV and SXS. The house is full equipped and ready for you and your family (& fur family) to enjoy. Hiking is available right from the house onto the snowmobile trails, and just a short drive brings you to Saddleback for their newest mountain biking adventures!
Property consists of two bedrooms with Queen size beds in each room.
Portable fans and ceiling fans in each room, the living room has AC. Heat in each room. Winter reserved for long term rentals. Message to inquire.
