Brand new custom built 2021 Luxury 4 BR 3 Bath, 3 car garage Home ideally located in SW Cape between Tarpon Point/Cape Harbour and excellent restaurants all within a bike ride or Kayak. This modern direct Gulf Access Single Family Home with sought after indoor/outdoor living has four into one 10' pocket sliders, 20+' ceilings, gourmet kitchen with double islands, Electric reclining leathers couch with 85" TV. The Master Suite is your private oasis! large lanai w/ outdoor kitchen, Firepit dining table, pool, jacuzzi, and a sun shelf. Amenities include Kayaks, Cruiser Bikes, pool floaties, full dock (can park rental boat), Bar 4 TV's. The house is currently on the market for sale. We reserve the right to conduct up to 2 (1 hr) showings. We will provide as much notice as possible.

Quiet & Private Resort-like Oasis

The home is absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. We wanted a quiet, private and peaceful getaway to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. In fact, we loved it so much we never left the house the entire week. Tom is a fantastic host. He thought of every detail down to a chilled bottle of wine on our arrival. Please don’t sell this property so we can come again!

Great place and boat-friendly.

Beautiful as advertised. Boat-friendly. Only 10-15 min boat ride to open water. Tom was great and home was perfect.

Alles wie beschrieben, ganz toller Urlaub

Dieses Haus ist einfach super - von der großzügigen Aufteilung über die einzigartige Ausstattung bis hin zum überragenden Pool/Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit in dem Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Tom ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber.

So relaxing

Great home and wonderful stay! From morning coffee to evening jacuzzi soaks, a great location. With many food choices and walking the neighborhood leaves plenty to see.

Beautiful open concept home with room for all!
