Siesta Key Vacation Property W/Heated Pool and Beach Access

Beautiful 2 story house in a lush tropical setting with private pool, walled off property. Located at the north end of Siesta Key for quick access to and from the mainland. A short 2 block walk to, quaint Shell Beach for fun on the white sand, wading, fishing , and viewing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from this island retreat. Only 2 miles to the Villages offering day or night hot spots for shopping, eating, and live music. Additionally, Beach access to the north end of the famous Siesta Key Beach that has spectacular white quartz sand running for more than three miles to the south.
As you enter the front door, you are welcomed to the living room by a soft blue leather couch, 50" 4K Smart TV with 5.1 sound system, further in, a 6 person dining area, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the basic accessories you expect. With ocean accent decorating throughout, the first of the bedrooms with bath is just off the kitchen area. Upstairs you will find additional bathroom that two bedrooms share. The large second bedroom has a queen bed with 50" Smart 4K, with walk-in closet, and a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The third bedroom has twin captain beds. Downstairs you can exit through the French Doors onto the large wrap around (Trex@) deck to surveil the pool deck and grilling area below. Three smaller seating areas for your group to spread out if you choose to. Evening brings lights accenting tropical foliage, variable colored lights dancing through the pool water and well lit stairs, descending to poolside entertaining area. A larger seating area by the pool. Grill and preparation table are poolside as well.
You are provided with pool toys, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach towels for your pleasure. A set of older Beach Cruiser bicycles are an available option to rent for your sight seeing needs. Pool heat available* Updated decorations, new paint on all the walls, hardwood floor refinished. Lower add on charges.

Siesta Key Vacation

This home was absolutely fantastic! Rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and area surrounding was just beautiful! Loved all the palm trees! Close to beaches and restaurants. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. We loved it, and we would definitely come back!

Siesta Key Relaxing

Great location on Siesta Key that was quiet but close to the village and main land attractions. The beach chairs, cooler and toys were great so that we didn’t need to worry about bringing those. Pool was nice to relax, float and cool off. They thought about all the needs of their guests to make the stay memorable.

Clean home with great location!

We loved our stay at the Garden House! The house was clean and just enough space for the four of us. The wraparound deck, pool and deck lights, along with the plush, tropical plants was amazing! We had dinner by the pool many nights! Additionally, the neighborhood was clean and quiet despite Higel being a busy road with slight traffic. We would love to come back again!

Home Away From Home

From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The house was very clean and inviting. The owners were very thoughtful to have things well labeled and organized. We appreciated the layout of the bedrooms with a queen bed on both the main floor and upstairs. This allowed us to have ample space of our own. The upstairs queen bed was comfortable, as was the reclining couch and chair in the living space. The highlight of the week was the pool area. It was spacious and the surrounding yard was beautifully landscaped. There was ample seating for lounging. We opted to have the pool heated and were glad we did. There were plenty of thick beach towels provided as well as many beach supplies. The chairs, umbrella, and cart were a great benefit to a day at the beach. The owners were exceptionally responsive to our questions. We appreciated their prompt and friendly communication. It was a great week!

The amenities, furniture, and appliances are updated regularly. This beautiful house has a outstanding location for a home base for all the area has to offer. As owners we visit the house different times of the year for a week at a time, to make sure everything is right to maximize your pleasure with these accommodations. The cleaning continues to be done with the highest level of health and safety in mind. The air is cleaned with UV light and filters regularly maintained. Washer and dryer onsite for your convenience at no charge.
Grilling area on the deck offers a preparation table as well a backup propane tank on site($25.00 extra). Pool heat available at $175.00 per week.

Large Palm trees by the dozens, giant tropical lily’s, and other unique flora. Older set of bicycles are available to rent on site at a rate over 60% lower than the local market. Make-up area in the master bed room allows for comfortable attention to those minor touch-ups. Living room has a 5.1 sound system (blue tooth) sound bar for your listening pleasure on the Smart 4K 50" TV. Some games, cards, puzzles and books for adult's/children's indoor activities are available. Fishing off of Shell Beach is available for those with tackle. NEW - blinking traffic yield light for pedestrian crosswalk at Shell Beach Road.
