Good access to Garden District and French Qurter.

Plenty of space. Needed a second key and a couple more working outlets but overall fine.

Just an honest review.

First, this place is gorgeous! It's spacious, the furniture is lovely, the patio is awesome, it's really close to a famous cemetery, and not far from where all the action is. My first impression was a little odd because it's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but it really is a nice and peaceful place. Unfortunately most of the 5 people I went with weren't very happy. At the beginning it wasn't the best, long story short we were stuck in the heat for an hour or so until we were let in, the A/C's and fans didn't do much with the heat because it never even reached a comfortable temp, some of the dishes on the shelves had old food pieces like cheese (I think) on them, no towels, no trash bags, the freezer part of the fridge didn't freeze, the rooms are so small besides the master, it also seemed kind of dangerous that one of the bedrooms are basically 2 twin mattresses pushed together on a poorly setup frame if it was even really a frame (we watched the middle bend like a V and that's how we seen 2mattresses) and the wifi never worked and it seemed like too much of a hassle to keep trying, especially since I was only there 2 nights and mainly wanted to sightsee Anyway. So overall this place would be great during decent weather, as long as you come fully prepared, and bring a hotspot Incase of wifi issues. I give it 3 stars because I really wanted to like it, but there were just too many issues on this trip.

Bachelorette weekend

The home is really spacious and we loved that!!! The house is older and has beautiful character. Especially the hall way and hard wood floors. The house is located on a busy main street. They have some updates that needs to be taken care of to make the stay better such as comfortable mattresses in the additional bedrooms, full mirrors in areas of the house, secure doors, etc.

Had no power for a day and a half

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property hosted by Vacasa. The biggest reason is that when we woke up on the 3rd day, there was no power at all in the house. The property manager came to check it out but nothing got fixed. All other houses in the area had power, so I presume someone forgot to pay an electric bill or something. We were told we would be moved to another property, but then heard nothing else. Have asked for a refund many times for the last 10 days and have gotten no communication from Vacasa - clearly they aren’t interested in making amends. Power never came back, which was dangerous and very inconvenient for our party of 5. Otherwise the place is sparse but fine enough, but you cannot trust this host company, which prefers to communicate through automated texts. I could never get anyone on the phone.
