Inviting and colorful 5 bed/2 bath retreat brought together with sparkling decor, classic barn doors, and sophisticated lush bedding complete with a fabulous queen daybed. Enjoy the secluded patio or escape to the grand master bath; make memories with friends and family while gathered around the modern kitchen island. An evolving neighborhood, the Hoffman Triangle is home to working class locals with the The French Quarter just a swift 12-15 minute drive away.

The Space:
We provide all the basic essentials for you: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bedding, cookware, etc

Guest Access:
You will have full, private access to the entire home

The Neighborhood:
The Hoffman Triangle is conveniently located between Downtown and Uptown. It is home to many working class locals

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are cost-friendly, recommended means of transportation

Other Things to Note:
There is an external security camera at the front of the home and the back of the home.

Perfect house for a conference

We booked this house for a conference in town, and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. The rooms were great, and the back patio at night was very peaceful. We were a close drive to the French quarter and had so much fun!

Wonderful hosts!

The communication with the hosts was top notch! They were very informative prior to the trip, and quick to respond during the trip should we come across any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet, especially at night for a tourist-y city. The home was very clean, and very cute!

Family vacation

As in previous reviews the neighborhood looks a bit sketchy. It was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The house is clean and roomy. Plenty of towels for the the bathrooms, but it would have been nice to have dish towels

Family Mardi Gras Trip

We had a nice stay at the house for Mardi Gras. The neighborhood is ok: a bit far away from the French Quarter but 5 to 10 minutes from St Charles Street and the Garden District. I felt safe with the alarm and combination lock on the front door. We were greeted with a King Cake and Zapp’s chips. Very sweet of the owner to have this waiting for us.

The area looks really really rough but....

Even though the area seems really seedy, the people are awesome and the house is really great and close to everything but not terribly noisy. Loved it, would recommend and stay again.

Property was clean and nice ! Neighborhood will scare you upon arrival but please do not let that stop you ! Inside is beautiful! Looks just like the pictures . Area is quiet and close to everything we needed for vacation . Will definitely stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was very adequate for our party of six and had all amenities as stated on line. Excellent communication with home owner. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Girls trip

Upon arriving to the property, i wad a little uneasy because of tge appearance of the neighborhood. Once we arrived inside the house it was breath taking. Simply beautiful. We met the neighbors abd they were extremely nice. I give this house a 5. Thank you for having us

Nice Surprise

When we first arrived we were a a bit surprised by the neighborhood. But it turned out great. It was a really nice property. Also it was really quiet. we sat out back and didn't hear a sound so nice.

NOT HAPPY BUT WE MADE THE BEST OF IT

The furniture and beds were not the same as in the pictures at all. and i mean not at all they need to change those pictures; the beds were hard, and chairs was weakthe house was so cold they came with 2 heaters the furnace guy came out and said the heat was on but it's the way the house is made its wasn't going to get warm because it was 45 in New Orleans at the time.they need new towels; we had to go buy towels because there's was nasty.we had big rats outside the house as well it was crazy we were scared to walk up the stairslocation was good to get to everything, but the neighborhood looks rough, and people was all outside on the corner

Beautiful Interior, Sketchy Neighborhood

It was difficult to reach managers to gain entry. Had to get VRBO intervention. Home was all it was portrayed on the inside but felt threatened and unsafe in the neighborhood. Grafitti everywhere. Appeared to be in the rough part of town. Was approached to buy drugs as we unloaded.

It was a comfortable experience. Enjoyed the hospitality of neighbors, we was greeted with pleasant neighbors who gave us a pot of food. The home was comfortable for our group and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Bachelor Party

Great property. Interior and back deck are just awesome. Area is pretty iffy but honestly didn’t matter to. Super close to everything you want to see in New Orleans. Maybe not for bachelorette parties just bc of the neighborhood.
