This private three-story Lake Travis retreat was thoughtfully designed for families who want to spend quality time together while still having room for everyone to relax. Whether you're planning a summer vacation, a holiday getaway, or simply taking a break from everyday life, you'll find spaces that naturally bring people together.

Start your mornings on the rooftop deck overlooking Lake Travis. Spend the afternoon swimming or fishing from the shared swim & fish dock, reached by a private shared trolley used by just two homes. Fire up the grill for dinner, challenge the family to pool, ping pong or air hockey in the game room, then relax in the hot tub while the stars come out over the Texas Hill Country.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. The children's sleeping area includes a sleeper sofa located in the upstairs landing and is intended for children under 12, allowing families to stay together comfortably without compromising everyone's space.

Located in the peaceful lakeside community of Briarcliff, you'll be minutes from marinas, golf, wineries, local restaurants, hiking, and everything that makes Lake Travis one of Texas' favorite family vacation destinations.
