Gorgeous renovated top floor with elevator lakefront condo with our free kayaks and access to boat slip, boat ramp, Yacht Club dining and pool, Racquet Club tennis, pickleball, heated lap pool, fitness center, Lakeside sports bar with live music. It's located in the closest building to the lake with the best views and the biggest size in the entire complex. Large kitchen and vaulted ceilings. Our condo has an ideal location, beautiful view, and the many amenities plus rentals and biking trails. Our condo is a beautifully renovated space with the best view of the lake in the entire complex. Guests love our place due to the condo amenities (with 4 beds and not needing to use a sleeper sofa), 2nd bedroom loft with 3 beds, proximity to boat rentals, and the Yacht Club restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. We often allow early check in and late checkout.. They enjoy very much using our 2 kayaks included in the rental. We have an easy to use Schlage electronic door lock to make an easy check in. This lets you check in and out anytime of the day or night. You can fish from the shore in front of the condo or on the boat dock.

The condo is about a 5 minute drive from the Margaritaville Resort which has the Landshark restaurant open to the public.

We have 3 options to make coffee. A Keurig, an Italian Bialetti or the traditional American drip machine.

We always leave some bottled water and a few Keurig pods for your arrival. There are also some spices in the kitchen for guests. We usually add a few other things to make your stay more enjoyable.

We welcome Longer term stays with good VRBO reviews. Guests have access to the entire condo, the condo pool, the Walden Racquet and fitness Club and heated lap pool, and the Walden Yacht Club restaurant, Poolside Breakwater Grille Cafe and pool. They also have access to the Walden boat ramp and boat docks in front of the condo. There is also a park for the kids to enjoy just a short walk down the street. You can also fish from the shore or on the boat dock.
