We loved the location with it being so close to the beach! We also enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts. The house had enough seating for all of us to eat dinner and a nice living room to hang out in. We had a great time!

House was very nice. And the AC worked very well; probably the best AC from any house I’ve ever rented. The community pool wasn’t very clean but that’s not our hosts fault. Thanks for the great time.

Just so you know, there IS a regular coffee pot! Our only complaint (which has nothing to do with the house) is that there are no umbrellas or shade around the pool. Plenty of room for 5 people!Not as much to do (compared to other places, but didn't bother us). One thing I highly recommend is the snorkeling trip with AquaBear Adventures; they provide the equipment and knowledge, and take you to/from the snorkeling area. I can't wait to do that again!

Great location

The location was great! There was plenty of room and bathrooms for 7 adults. It was our first time visiting Cape San Blas…it’s so quiet and absolutely beautiful. Hope to be back!

Another fabulous trip to Cape San Blas

We had a wonderful family vacation! The home is beautiful and had everything that we needed! We love the neighborhood (we stayed in another home there last year - we just needed more space this year). Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Beautiful house , easy access to beach , rented the golf cart, which was great! My whole family had a great time & loved the house. They were great to answer any questions we had . We definitely recommend this house & area .

Quiet, Clean, Beautiful Stay in CSB!

This home is brand new and stocked perfectly. The living area is comfortable, the beds are cozy and the house is gorgeous. The kitchen is well stocked and the beach gear was great! The neighborhood is new and very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy with our kids and the pool was great and never crowded. We hope to stay here again soon!

Great multi family stay

Beautiful house! Beach is a quick walk. They have a ton of beach equipment. Minor inconveniences were the pantry is locked, so storing food for a large group was difficult and there is not shower or foot wash coming off the beach. There is a hose on the side of the house. I would stay again!

Great trip!

The house was clean and just as described. Cindy was responsive and the early check in was greatly appreciated. The ample supply of beach towels was a great surprise. This was our first visit to Cape San Blas but certainly won't be our last. We highly recommend Sol Mate to any visitors; particularly multi-generation families. Next time, we will plan on renting the golf cart.

Very nice neighborhood. Quiet and clean all around. The house is very spacious. We loved having the option to rent the golf cart. It made getting to the beach a lot easier. The garage has plenty of beach chairs, tents, and beach toys. The pickle ball courts and the pool were nice to have.

Family time on the Cape

We took my mother and dad to the Cape to celebrate my mother‘s 80th birthday. We had a great time. They were bikes available, and we rode all over the Cape. the beach was a short walk away and there’s also a pool with a shower associated. The house was super clean. Kitchen had anything you need to cook as far as dishes and plates, etc. Beds were super comfortable. I would definitely recommend the house to others.

Beautiful home

The house is perfect, Cape San Blas is amazing. I would stay here again but only after the construction is finished. Lots of noise and traffic because of that. Pool wasn't open. No access to get a golf cart on the beach from the house.

This house is the perfect house, we had two families of four and we were incredibly comfortable during our entire stay, the management is incredibly responsive, and the location to the beach is premium! We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.
