Oceanfront OCMD! An Awesome 2 Bedroom & 2 FULL Bath Condo in the Atlantis Condominium. Perfect for Families, that sleeps 8!

Enjoy a Keyless entry to this Beautiful Condo that is walking distance to Restaurants, Shops, Attractions & Most Importantly - only steps to THE BEACH!!

Large Community Outdoor Pool is on site. Many Toys, Games, Puzzles & a Bunk Bed perfect for children.

Unit is No Smoking of Any Kind. Also No Pets, large groups (8 max.) or senior week rentals permitted.

The Space:
The Master Bedroom has a King-Size Bed while the the second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (guests sleep on Bunk Bed at their own risk) with a full and twin size mattress.

There is also a pull-out mattress within the Living-Room sofa and a single private daybed in the enclosed sunroom.

The Living Room and Each Bedroom has a TV with Cable access. The Condo has A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Upgraded Kitchen with some new appliances, microwave, a basic Coffee Maker & Coffee Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, sheets and bath towels ARE provided with the Unit. Beach towels are not provided.

The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the entire condo unit. And there is a large seasonal (Mid-May - End of September) community swimming pool and sunbathing area in this complex. Also, the Condo is Oceanfront and only a few steps away from the Beach!!

Other Things to Note:
Condo is on the 19th floor with elevator access.

The Atlantis Association requires every guest to check-in and register with the Security/Administration Office located under the building in the underpass and receive a Parking Permit. During the season, May through September only, this cost is $60 for the first vehicles' entire stay and $15/day for each additional vehicle (up to $60) when extra space is available. Most of these large condo associations on the ocean charge this fee.

Beautiful condo and Gorgeous View of the Ocean.

The condo was very nice, clean and well stopped with items you need. The view was absolutely stunning. And the host Adam check frequently to make sure everything was okay I will stay there again

Great Vacation Stay

The check in process was convenient and easy. The host checked in often to make sure there were no issues and that things were as expected. He responded quickly to my texts. It was a bonus that linen and towels were included. The condo was clean and included the basic essentials to start your vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent host

Nice little spot steps away from the ocean. It might not be the most extravagant place but it was comfortable and clean. The host was very attentive and messaged daily just to ensure we had what we needed. That in itself made the stay more welcoming. Thank you!

Great Condo

Condo is spacious and easily fit our family of 6. Located on the north side of OCMD it’s away from the hustle of the boardwalk area but just a short drive away from everything. Beach isn’t overcrowded, we have four small kids and were able to set up right in front of the water all but one day. Pool access makes it easy to transition from the beach to the pool to the condo. The windows in the condo allow for easy sunrise-viewing and for taking in the beach and ocean. We let the windows open at night to let the sound of the waves help us sleep soundly. Adam was a great host and was in contact each day and responded to our messages immediately. Would definitely stay again.
