Birds of Paradise is a gated complex of 62 units, with a full time manager, maintenance staff, & 24 hr front gate staff. We have vacancy May 1 - Dec 31 2023
Common facilities include solar heated pool, Jacuzzi, party room, laundry, fitness room, parking for 1 car. Social activities are a major component of life at Birds. The “Birds Nest” bar, is open in the afternoons to serve guests around the pool.
The Unit Is on the 2nd level , its an upper unit of this 2 story complex with two landings after 10 stairs , no elevator 25 stairs total no handicap access. Internet Fiber Optic50+ mbps ;'download and 22 mbps upload

The area is separated from Guadalajara, (about 40 km to the north), by a range of mountains. The airport is located on the south side of Guadalajara, about a half hour drive away. See FAQ's
