I have made priceless memories with everyone in my family and many friends too. I am thrilled to have purchased this home in 2021 and am honored you chose to be my guest. I love family, the beach, and being active. Since I was a little girl, I vacationed at Old Homestead One Beach in Huron, Ohio. My best memories were created in this small beach community. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind or stay busy with all of the local possibilities: bike rides, boat rides, kayaking, beach glass collecting, sun-bathing, ice cream, shopping, beach walks, basketball, tennis, and Cedar Point!

This home is in the sought-after and family-friendly Old Homestead One Neighborhood. Generations of families book in this small, private association community due to the wonderful family memories created year after year. The large, private association beach, center park, and bike-able streets and convenience to restaurants, grocery store, gym, drug store, and public boat launch make this a great mixture of a chill and thrill family vacation home. Add in the excitement of Cedar Point and Kalahari and you'll see why families book a year in advance to secure their spot in this beautiful area.
This home in particular is between the center park (grassy area, tennis/pickleball court, swings, softball, half court basketball) and the beach. It boasts a lot and a half with a lovely, fenced in back yard with woods behind the them. Also unique to this location is an attached garage with a remote you can use in your car. The two full bathrooms (3 bathroom sinks) and 2 separate living areas keep everyone happy. You'll appreciate the fully stocked home & garage that is for use during your stay.
