Authentic character with worldly charm in the historical Old Village in Mt. Pleasant 1 mile to Sullivan’s Island beach. You can walk or bike right from house over the Ben Sawyer bridge to fantastic restaurants like Obstinate Daughter and Poe’s Tavern. This townhome has 2 Queen bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms and has a large fenced in backyard with BBQ. The home is approximately 1800 sq ft. and is around a 10 min drive to downtown Charleston. This is a fantastic location to great restaurants and bars within walking distance, Downtown, Shem Creek , historical sites, Pitt Street bridge and so much more. Quick trip

We added a couple vacation days to a business trip. Tina was very accommodating to our schedule. Home was very nicely decorated and comfortable.

Special Holiday Retreat

We loved this 2 bedroom townhouse. I chose it because I liked the backyard pictures. It really exceeded my expectations. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. My daughter was very excited about the Nespresso machine. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows and comforters. Everything was very clean. Neighborhood was very quiet and very centrally located. We could be in downtown Charleston in 20 minutes. The house plants made it feel very homey and relaxing. Tina was a great hostess, very intouch with us the whole time. I would rent this again if we were to visit here. I highly recommend you do the same.

Great Place!

First, Tina is very responsive and has a great property. Many restaurants and a Publix in walking distance. Sullivan’s Island is an easy bike ride. The home is spacious and very comfortable. We hope to stay there again.

Clean home in a perfect location

This home is in a perfect location, close to the beach, the offerings of Mt Pleasant, and easily accessible to Charleston. The place is extremely clean with unique decorations and impressive gardens. Tina, the host, is very hospitable and cares greatly that you are comfortable. I would 100% stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful Location / Backyard

Great location! You are close to many great restaurants, the beach, and within walking distance of Old Mt. Pleasant! We also enjoyed the backyard/ garden! It was well kept up and a nice place to enjoy breakfast outside!

There is so much to do in the historical Old Village Mt. Pleasant. We are close to Downtown and Sullivan's Island Beach. The area is within biking and walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and shopping.
