Cute little home for a nice getaway

The home was clean and had everything we needed. We love The back house, or room 4. Nicely remodeled and felt very relax and right at home. The host was very great at communicating and accommodated to our needs. We look forward to book again! Thank you for having us and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Host

OMG were do we begin. We came across this 🏡, it made us feel like home away from 🏡. Host left many great snacks, excellent at communicating. Very welcoming.

Oh no!! well A lot of pets do stay at the house Next time let me know and I'll refund you the cleaning fee I don't need reviews like this, I could have fixed that for you if you told me and you could save a lot of money on top of that.

Perfect place to crash

We had a no-kids night out for my 33rd birthday over the weekend. No one could have predicted the rain and flooding. John was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. Got a pump for the flooded driveway and all we had to do was push a button and clear out the water. The place is adorable, clean, exactly what we needed after a nice dinner and drinks in midtown. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Not what is expected.

The house needs a thorough deep cleaning. And de-cluttering. The vast supply of groceries in the fridge- it limited what we could use for our own items. If you don’t want to buy your own food, there is plenty on stock here. The walls and all the switches all need a good scrub. There were several dried buggers on multiple walls. A gross living room area. Uncomfortable couch and beds. The access is problematic- only being able to use the back door didn’t fit well with us. The sticky notes all over the house- tacky. Tons of leftover clothes and shoes in the closets. The yard- not what is in the pictures. We rented the place for a backyard for our dogs. The owner worked with us and made a make-shift potty area. It still wasn’t what we expected. But made due. This place has potential, but really needs better cleaning.

They paid top dollar but that's no excuse, I don't know about any boogers on the walls but tons of kids do come thru the house I do my best to scrape off any of those things. first thing you gotta do when you see something like that is give me a call so I can fix it, not come on here and trash my reputation. These two gave me no warning at all that they had some prize dog show to go to so I mowed the lawn. FIRST CHANCE I GOT AFTER ALL THE RAIN HERE and then when I found out they need the grass cleared out, I tried everything, vacuuming, eventually I spent $100+ to buy gardening Fabric to cover the grass, and I did that. That turned into an 8 hour day for me. THESE PEOPLE SEEM TO HAVE NO MANNERS AT ALL I wouldn't deal with this level of immaturity ever again. BANNED FROM HERE PERMANENTLY, YOU DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT, I would hate to be their waiter at a restaurant.

easy to get to and did the job

We were in Sacramento for an event and needed a place to stay. All the hotels were booked and with 3 little kids we figured a VRBO was a good idea. This place is easy to get to off the freeway and not far from downtown where our event was. There were certainly some odd things about the property, but we were comfortable and the beds were great. The host is a super nice guy and we are grateful that he shared his property with us.

I now devote my time perfecting my craft which is giving others great experiences when they stay at my old house on 14th Ave.

We moved here from the Bay area after 12 Years of working corporate jobs, The Bay had gotten far to expensive and Sacramento was ripe for investment, we got the house while the prices were still reasonable. People always say that Tahoe Park is a cute area and we agree.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Fenced in back yard for pets and kids, Private studio suite with its own key and lock, all rooms have Hybrid Foam/Spring Mattresses, Central air Heating and A/C in all rooms. Plenty of Room to park cars. easy check in without need for codes (instructions given on day of check in).
