I am excited to share my home with you! It has a perfect balance of work and play. It is located in a quiet, safe and charming neighborhood while being central to all major attractions in the Sacramento area.

The master bedroom is equipped with a standing desk with dual monitors, mouse, keyboard, and dock station for anyone needing a space to comfortably work on their trip. The home is equipped with high speed fiber internet.

Each bedroom has Nectar mattresses with Luxome Bamboo sheets which may just be the most comfortable bed sheets you'll ever sleep in!

Relax next to the pool In the back yard oasis, or enjoy a refreshing dip when the weather is nice.

Sink into the luxuriously comfortable couch in the living room and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the large 75” smart TV.

Nespresso coffee and tea are provided, and the Kitchen is stocked with cookware, appliances, and spices for your use.

Guests will have access to the entire home, Except for the garage (for owner's storage).

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! I have a zero tolerance policy for parties or additional guests beyond the max guest count of 7 people. If you intend to have a party please find another property. There are exterior video cameras on the property as well as noise level monitoring equipment. If you have a party or exceed the guest count you will be required to leave the property immediately. There are no video cameras inside the home.

The top unit above the garage also operates as a rental and may be occupied by other travelers. The top, 1 bed 1 bath, unit has a separate entrance and does not have access to the pool. If the top unit is occupied during the time of your stay you may be able to hear footsteps, showering or other light noise from the guests.

Guest access:
The code for the digital door lock will be provided for easy access prior to your arrival as well as a welcome book guide with more details about the property, recommended dining, and other activities in the area. Plenty of parking is always available on the street next to the house. No parking permit required.
