This 3 bedroom, 2 bath adorably decorated Bluewater unit is on the 14th floor, east end unit. It has a large wrap-around balcony with direct view of the Gulf of Mexico that is breath taking. A large dining table on the balcony makes for great gulf-front family meals. Split bedroom floor plan give real privacy for the master bedroom with a direct gulf view.

Bluewater is located in the heart of Orange Beach, conveniently located to any and all activities including: dining, shopping, miniature golf, nightlife, golf and more.

You can't find a better gulf front rental. Come enjoy amazing view and the breeze off the gulf 24/7.

The condo was beautiful and updated from the photos on VRBO. We loved the wrap around balcony. The indoor pool was great due to the cool beach breeze. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get the code at a different location, but I do understand why. We were able to check in early and check out late, which was super convenient for our short stay. I would rate 10/10 and would definitely stay again!

The location is great. Close to everything and right on the beach. Our kids are 14 & 22 and they like their own rooms. The balcony was fantastic and wrapped around so all 3 bedrooms have access to it which was nice because they enjoyed sitting out there late catching up. Unfortunately, the furniture was a bit worn and the guest bathroom was missing a whole drawer. One roll of tp for 2 bathrooms for 5 nights. Bring toiletries for both bathrooms. We rented beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler & beach dolly from a rental company in town because the unit doesn’t provide them and the beach rentals there are expensive. Oh, and the owner doesn’t pay for parking (which many do) and we had to pay 75 for our time there.But the view is wonderful and the sand is so soft! The waves were huge and we enjoyed spending time relaxing as a family. Thank you.

Perfection

This was a fantastic place. Perfect location - close to everything. About a 10 min drive from Gulf Shores but right in the middle of Orange Beach. Everything was perfect. Beautiful views- Saw dolphins from balcony every morning. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Full size washer and dryer is a such a plus. Loved the big comfortable sofa. The dinning room table was big enough for everyone to eat together. Would come back again.

Excellent location. Awesome view. Clean and comfortable unit. Grounds and pools were attended daily and kept very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. Good and prompt communication with owner. We absolutely loved it and definitely plan to return. prompt communication with the owner.

Nice location. Clean building. Have to check in at different location. Could be done via email. I’ve stayed many places where you can upload personal info and not have to go to another location to check in. Leave parking passes & info in room.Besides that enjoyed stay.

Unfortunately, few bad apples spoil the whole bunch. Due to fraudulent bookings and guest misrepresentations and/or false information, we have opted to require all guests to check in at our office with proof of ID. We indicate this up front, so anyone that does not want to check in at the office, have the option to book elsewhere. We are not asking our guests to go out of their way. Our office is located off Foley Beach Express, en route to the condo. In addition, we still believe in relationships. We want to meet those that will be occupying our property. We are not interested in just renting and collecting money. We see our renters as people that deserve personal service. Over the years we have developed relationships with numerous repeat customers. That does not happen easily when you take away the opportunity for face to face contact.

Quiet Retreat

I was I a little tired...from the traffic upon arrival. But I kept smiling and even though I didn't read the instructions as I was told to, the owner did work with me. Thank you again. This property is extremely nice, and I will do it again. I spoke very highly to family and friends about this property, and they are intrigued, and very interested. The views are amazing, breathtaking, and quiet worth every penny.

Amazing

This is an amazing condo. My only issue was the increase in a parking pass. One paper says $30 but then it was increased to $65 but not on the paper. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Please note that the property owner is not responsible for the price of the parking passes. The Condo Assn has the authority to set the price. We cannot guarantee that the parking fee will remain the same. One of the reasons we ask our guests to purchase the parking passes directly from Bluewater is to save the guests of any mark up in price.

Absolutely Perfect

Everything we could have asked for and more. Your oversized balcony overlooks the ocean, and wraps around the entire outside of the unit. The balcony is much larger than the pictures give it credit. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk from the unit to the ocean. The pools are well maintained and clean. Centrally located with many awesome restaurants and attractions within a mile. My only recommendation is to make sure you read the check in guide thoroughly, as it does contain lots of important information. In my onions is the one if the best values you’ll find within the orange beach and gulf shores area.

Amazing vacation stay

We stayed at this condo for a week and had a really great time. The condo was extremely clean and we'll equipped. The owner was very communicative and helpful at all times. Bluewater is very well positioned within Orange Beach with many shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. As of booking the photos showed colorful wall paints, on arrival everything had been updated with a very nice beach neutral color tone. Our kids said their beds were very comfortable, the master bed was so comfortable that I am currently trying to find where to buy one. The best sleep I have had in years. Washer and dryer were very nice to have in unit. The pools and hot tub were a fun addition for the kids. We will definitely be staying here again when we return in the future, and I highly recommend this unit to others looking for a perfectly laid back vacation with family.

Beautiful view

We stayed 4 days at this condo. The view was breath taking! Beds were alright. Condo has been redone since the pictures listed and was more cosmetically up to date. Walk to the beach was just a few short minutes and had 2 pools On the property. They even had a little kiddie pool for little guys. The windows in the condo were very drafty and couldn’t get the master bedroom door to open at all. We did get locked out on our 2nd day and it took about and hour to get it fixed but owner was in constant contact. So many fun things to do all within 20 minutes! On a side note, not very amenities at the property. Only 2 rolls of TP for a family of 5 for 5 days as well as 2 trash bags and one thing of laundry soap. Had to buy all the essentials. Overall, it was a good stay though.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Sounds like you had a good vacation in spite of couple of issues. Yes, it was explained at check in that the Condo Association's contractor still had some repairs that they needed to come back and re-do from the hurricane, primarily the windows/sliding glass doors. Our rental information clearly indicates that our property is not a hotel, but a condominium. We do not provide consumable items, which is a common practice for individually owned condo rentals. We provide each guest with a starter kit, which includes a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, roll of paper towels and coffee filters in the kitchen, hand soap and bath bar in the bathrooms, soap to do a two loads of towels, and trash liner with spare. Anything beyond that is the guest's responsibility. This is all detailed in our rental terms, and also explained at check in.

The host team was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, amazing views, steps to the beach. 1 mile from Walmart and several shops within walking distance. The property had some issues (outside of our hosts’ control), mainly with parking. The attendant was not in their hut when we arrived, and there was no idea when they’d return. We checked back multiple times over the next several hours, and once found, we were told parking was 75.00, cash only. There is no atm on the premises.The actual unit’s issues were not deal breakers. The main bathroom lights half worked. The 2nd bathroom had a broken false drawer. The patio table was broken and all wooden surfaces outside had mites - the chairs were composite and fine to use. The WiFi instructions were not included anywhere (our host was quick to provide the details once requested). On our final day we had a knock on the door at 9am from someone asking to come spray our kitchen with no prior notice or info on whether they were legit. We said no, and they left. We did not receive any checkout instructions at all, and did not know what was required before leaving beyond out by 10:00am. Our door access code timed out before our 10:00am checkout, so we were locked out unless one of our group stayed with the unit while loading the car.

Lovely Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property manager was so friendly and great to work with. She communicated promptly and made check in super convenient for us. The condo is nicely updated from the pictures. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I loved the very large balcony. As stated you will need to pay for a parking pass. It is 65 dollars and you need cash. I really liked how parking was so close to the condo, literally right out the elevator. Both of the pools were nice. We would definitely go again.

Perfect condo on the beach

Let me start by saying the view from the condo was amazing. My husband and I would sit on the balcony in the morning and drink coffee. We saw dolphins every morning. Speaking of the balcony, it is huge. The additional rooms had access to the balcony as well as the living room and master bedroom. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds as well as views of the ocean. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, utensils, pots/pans and even plastic containers for storage. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Perfect home away from home for a week. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Location

This property was perfect for my family, from my 60+ mom to my 6 year old twins. We loved it! The unit was immaculate, and we had no issues during our entire stay. There is a dollar general and an Alvin’s Island souvenir shop directly across the street; we walked there a couple of times during our stay. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean. The security staff take pride in their jobs. Overall, we had an amazing experience.
