Welcome to the ultimate retreat for outdoor adventure lovers! This brand-new 3BR/2BA condo is just a 2-minute drive from the Deer Valley Express Gondola, and under 5 minutes to Jordanelle State Park and Jordanelle Reservoir for hiking, biking, swimming, boating, and jet ski rentals.

Just over a 10-minute drive, the Provo River offers some of the best fly fishing in Utah. The gondola leading to world-class skiing at Park City Mountain Resort is also 10 minutes away.

Downtown Park City is just over 10 minutes away for an eclectic dining scene, shopping, and art galleries.

ABOUT THE CONDO

Make yourself at home in a light and contemporary living space, featuring dark hardwood floors, large windows, and an intricate area rug that adds a splash of color. Curl up on an inviting L-shaped couch, with a 55' wall-mounted TV for group movie nights.

The dining area features a long window-side table. There's room for nine to share sit-down meals and evening drinks.

Hardwood floors flow into the contemporary kitchen, outfitted with sparkling granite countertops, stylish white cabinetry, and Viking appliances. There’s a gleaming gas range, and a roomy French door refrigerator for stashing vacation goodies.

In the mornings, enjoy a lazy breakfast with coffee at the kitchen bar, offering seating for three. The coffeemaker features a built-in coffee filter for added convenience.

Outdoors, a back deck offers a wonderful spot for alfresco dining with a six-person dining table.

When it’s time to rest up, three stylish and light-filled bedrooms await.

The master bedroom features a king bed, large walk-in closet, 55' flat wall-mounted TV, and access to the deck. Take a leisurely soak in the master en-suite bathroom -- complete with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

A second bedroom offers two twin beds, a large storage closet, and a white wooden desk -- the perfect laptop-friendly space to catch up on email. The third bedroom has a king, a double door closet, and a 55” flat-screen TV.

The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Extra perks at your rental include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Assigned parking is available for one vehicle in the garage; one additional car can park in the outdoor lot on first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION

Ski lovers are in for a treat -- the nearest ski lift leading to Deer Valley Mountain is only a 2-minute drive, while Park City Mountain (the largest ski resort in North America) is just over a 10-minute drive.

For more outdoor adventures, head to the shores of Jordanelle Reservoir (a 4-minute drive) and enjoy water skiing, wakeboarding, and boating. Or travel just over 10 minutes to cast a line into the waters of the Provo River -- a premier blue-ribbon trout fishery.

Downtown Park City is also around a 10-minute drive for shopping, entertainment, and an eclectic dining scene encompassing Japanese, Thai, French, Italian, and gourmet cafes and grills.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Park City area getaway

Three bed two bath condo. Nice open layout and close proximity to skiing and Park City area. Beautiful views in area. I would recommend this place again.

Great Location to East Village

All in all great stay and location.This is a perfect rental for 6 people with plenty of space. I have rented many VRBO’s and this is the only one in while that had nothing left over from prior renters. (Salt, pepper, olive oil etc). There were coffee filters and a little coffee but that was it. This is not a big deal just wanted other renters to keep that in mind.When I go back to Deer Valley I would rent again!

Second time staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. Great location. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. Plenty of room for all of us. We will book this condo next time we are in town.

Everything was as advertised. The property was clean and very comfortable and was like home away from home. No identifiable deficiencies. We really enjoyed staying here. There was a note that we should leave the parking pass, but no parking pass was a parent anywhere in the condo. However, this was not an issue. I especially appreciate the ease of checking with all codes accurate and emailed to us on day of occupancy. Thank you for a great day.

Great Stay

The condo was a great launching pad for our ski week trip. Conveniently located near the Jordanelle Express Gondola with easy access to Deer Valley. The condo has everything we needed and was super clean and nice. The covered parking was a plus since it snowed the whole time.

Great Location

This property is perfectly located between Heber and Park City. Property is as pictured and very comfortable. Front door to condo is a bit of a nightmare to use... entry code is 10 digits long and deadbolt MUST be turned in left/right position when entering and leaving the property to lock or unlock. We ended up locking ourselves out and had to call for assistance. Other than that issue we really enjoyed our time here.

Great Place; Great Location

This was a great place and location for our family trip. Very open family room and kitchen. Warm, comfortable a really good place to vacation. One issue, not really of the location, but there were dishes and pots that were put away, but not washed. Also, any stay over 3 days and you'll need to make sure to stop by the store to pick up paper products and possibly dish soap.

Perfect for a snow trip with kids

This was a great place to stay with our two kids and grandma in tow. It was conveniently located between all of the spots we wanted to see, including Park City and the Ice Castles. We were able to do some sledding on the property near the parking lot. The property was pristine and being on the first level was convenient, though we did experience some noise from the unit just above us (kids jumping).

Nice property in a decent location

Nice fairly new property about 20 minutes from downtown Park City. We didn’t realize you couldn’t access Park City from the backside as you have to own property in Deer Valley. No shuttle either from location to downtown. Fully furnished kitchen but light on wine glasses and steak knives. Overall we were happy with the property.

Feels like brand new

We loved staying in this home. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everything feels like brand new and the decor is beautiful. The view out of all of the windows was amazing showing the vibrant fall colors on the trees. We enjoyed sitting on the deck every day and taking long walks around the community and looking at the lake from the top of the hill. We will definitely come back next year. I recommend eating at the back40 for the best food around!

Amazing Property

Property was spacious and very comfortable. It felt very homey and comfortable. Great location, even though it is not on the Deer Valley village side. It is less than 5 min drive to the Jordanelle Gondola. But be aware, parking is limited at the gondola, so you.must get there before 8:30 on weekdays and even earlier on weekends. There are also some other small lots you can use. A very convenient shuttle will pick you up at the lots and drop you at gondola. Deer Valley at its best!! I would highly recommend this property, great value. I will be back.

Nice but Noisy

The condo layout was perfect for our family. Parking is conveniently located under the condos. There is no bus to Deer Valley but it is just a short drive. The only complaint is that it is not sound proof and the renters above stayed up late. The noise from their activities went on until 1am -

Horrendous Experience

Using the instructions provided by Turn Key, we entered the unit on July 1 at 4 pm, our check-in time. We found the unit under construction and uninhabitable. We then saw a text from Turn Key that the unit had damage and the owner was cancelling our reservation. Turn Key made a feeble attempt to locate another unit for us which was about 1/2 the size of the one we had reserved and was not in the Jordanelle area. We asked for further assistance to no avail. We were left completely stranded with no accommodations at the beginning of the July 4 week- end. We were lucky to find a room on July 1 in Heber City for a night. Then had to drive to Provo for 3 more nights. We spent about $800 on hotel rooms for those 4 nights.. Since we were getting no assistance or follow up from Turn Key, we independently searched for a comparable unit, 3 bedroom, 2 bath in the Jordanelle area. We found one through another vacation rental agency. If we could find it, why couldn’t Turn Key? It was $1800 higher than this unit which we reserved in November 2020. We had no other choice except return home to Texas and cancel our entire vacation plans through August but that would have cost us even more money at that late date. We would have nothing to show for our costs. Therefore, our total added costs were in excess of $2600, not including additional gas and food over the July 4 week-end and the stress and anxiety of being stranded. We did receive a full refund for the unit we had reserved and Turn Key offered and indicated they would mail us an additional $1200 to cover some of our costs.. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. The only thing that would satisfy us if they would cover our entire out of pocket costs of $2600. Our communication with Turn Key was primarily through texting. Finally, about 10 days after this situation occurred, someone from Turn Key corporate in Austin called us. It was clear that there was a total lack of communication between the owner, Turn Key local personnel and Turn Key corporate. We will never rent another unit listed on VRBO that is managed by Turn Key. If you would like to talk to us, please call. We also have pictures of what we encountered.
