Start your trip off right in the large modern pool featuring waterfall spillway, tanning shelf, seating ledge and sparkling pebble tech that glimmers in the sun. Float around in the saltwater pool and relax.



The Space:

Let’s begin with the massive pebble tech salt water pool and spa. The pool features depths starting around 3 feet gradually reaching 5 feet on the opposite end. Plenty of room to swim, float, sit on the submerged bench or let the water flowing over the spillway massage your back. Catch some rays on the tanning ledge or pop in the umbrella to shade those little ones while playing. When you’re ready to relax just step into the colossal spa that can seat up to 10 easily. Select one of the 10 jets to stimulate your muscles after that long day of golf. After your dip in the water head on over to the 4 hole putting green for some short game practice. Two large palm trees adorn the putting green and help shade the greens at different times of the day. Bougainvillea’s line all walls of this property and make for a beautiful backdrop along with the multiple mountain views.

At some point you will have to eat so please try out our Weber grill with side burner that is located poolside. It has a direct gas line for your convenience so you never need worry about running out of propane. Close by the grill is the Tommy Bahama cooler where you can stock all your favorite beverages for easy access throughout your stay. Once your steak is cooked to perfection, step under the covered patio to the large al fresco dining table for a lovely meal with friends and family. Just beyond the table is a relaxing seating area featuring a couch, 2 chairs and 2 coffee tables. Watch your favorite sporting events or select one of your favorite movies on our 55 inch Smart TV. Feeling competitive? Try our oversized wall Scrabble board, Ping Pong Table ( We have replace the billiards table with a ping pong table). The fun never stops at Empire!!! At the end of the covered patio is a wooden bar and 4 bar stools to keep all your drinks accessible while playing games.

When night falls on Empire the magic continues with Globright lights in the pool and spa that you can change to different colors or sync to display a variety of colors depending on your mood. All pool features can be easily controlled through a provided IPad as well as a wall pad near patio door. The massive palm trees light the night with beautiful white lights while listening to the swaying of the palms. Gather around the fire pit and take a seat in our 2 seater swing chair whilst talking about your favorite parts of the trip thus far or take in the stunning star lit sky. Beautiful string lights are also featured along the entirety of the covered patio for ambiance as well as practicality and are on a timer so you never have to worry about turning them on or off.

It’s official. After all your day activities it is time to rest up for the next day’s adventures. Feel free to select one of our 3 bedrooms that each have their own personality. Our Empire King Room features a King bed with luxury linens and wooden footboard/headboard, with matching nightstands and 2 lamps for reading. A 55 inch Smart TV is hung on the wall for easy viewing. Below the TV is a console for storage and a leather reclining chair to relax in. A large sliding patio door gives guests of this room access to the outdoors easily without walking through the entire home. The King room also features an en suite luxury bathroom with a dual vanity sink, separate toilet room and a massive walk in shower with seat, rain head, hand held and fan. A large closet is just off the bathroom which also is home to a twin rollaway bed, extra blankets, towels, etc.

Just outside the King room is our California Room. This room features 2 twin trundle beds, so a total of 4 twin beds in this room along with a 55inch Smart TV, and a small console for light storage and additional blankets. The California room is spacious when using only 2 twins but please note when the 2 trundles are pulled out there is limited floor space and no closet so keep this in mind when booking. The last room is our Boho Queen room. This lovely room is located at the front of the home and is separate from the other two rooms. This bedroom features a queen bed, wood headboard, 2 night’s stands, one lamp, a 55 inch Smart TV and a large console for storage. Please note this room has no closet but has ample storage in the console as well as the closet right outside the room for hanging up your dresses and golf shirts. Sandwiched in between the Queen and California room is our luxury hall bath that has a sizeable walk in shower, comfort height toilet, exhaust fan, dual vanity sinks and two separate entries for each bedroom. Just outside the hall bath is a bank of cabinets that house all the fun games for your group. This area also serves as storage for additional towels and blankets as well as a charging area for all your electronics. Down the hall is a laundry room and the entrance to the 2 car garage. A Tesla Charger with 24 foot cord is available for your use.



Rounding out the home is our main living and dining area. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, 2 accents chairs and 2 poufs for seating around the 55 inch Smart TV. There is also a small desk and chair where you can find the fast Wi-Fi password. There is also a shuffle board table for those who like to mix it up. In the center of the room is an 8 person dining table and access to the sliding patio door that takes you straight out to the gleaming blue pool. Lastly is the amazing kitchen complete with island, large sink, gas cooktop and oven, microwave, and stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a pantry for all your groceries and a cute little coffee bar featuring a Keurig and coffee pot combo. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you would use at home.

Our home is located on a quiet Cul de sac and has room for 2 cars to be parked in the garage and 3 cars parked on the driveway. You can park on the street however tickets can be issued if the street sweeper comes through every 4th Thursday of every month during the day. This home is very convenient to the Empire Polo fields, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, many golf courses as well as Hwy 111 and Costco is just down the street.

Pool and Spa heat is available October - April for an extra charge of $100/a day** Pool and Spa heat option must be selected for entire reservation (nights booked) or none at all. *Effective for booking dates after 1/25/2023. Pool heat to 88 degrees and Spa heat to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before check in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 88 degrees.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR STAY



The City of Indio is very STRICT regarding the following Ordinances: The booking guest is responsible for all persons occupying the home during your booking dates.



OCCUPANCY

This home has an occupancy limit of 10 persons. There are no exceptions. The City of Indio’s citation for over occupancy is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest. In addition to the city citation, eviction will occur immediately (with no refunds) if the occupancy limit is exceeded.



AMPLIFIED SOUND

The municipal code for amplified sound is as follows: No radio receiver, karaoke machine, sound device, speaker, instrument, phone or any machine that produces any sound shall be heard beyond the property line at any time day or night. The City of Indio’s citation for amplified sound is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to the booking guest.



NOISE OUTSIDE OF SHORT-TERM RENTAL

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activity that create noise between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Friday and Saturday. The City of Indio’s citation for Noise outside of Short –Term Rental is $1000 per occurrence which will be billed to booking guest.
