Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

Pets are welcome: There is a $150 pet fee.
The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per night.

Great house with plenty of room. Comfy beds with plenty of towels for the pool. It was very close to Coachella if you need it.

There are actually a number of improvements. Install screens on your windows to block out mosquitoes and bugs from coming in. Cleaning crew can do a much better job in cleaning restrooms, showers and kitchen sink. The dishwasher had food and forks left behind.Downstairs showers were not working properly. Lastly, we were never able to access pool heater app.

Very comfortable beds. Heated pool for an extra cost was a great value add. Enjoyed the mini golf and the bocce. Great entertainment, and value.
