Perfect pad to Work from Home, host family dinners, chill away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to the action too!!
Downstairs living space is setup to entertain friends & family. Great flow from living room, kitchen, dining area... to the the outdoors. Outside includes fire pit, gas grill, smoker, outside dining & seating areas. Upstairs includes two bedrooms (one king, one queen), small full bath, full size laundry. Sonos speakers are setup in all rooms (plus portable speaker for outside) so you can play your favorite tune throughout the whole house, too!! Ideal to host that family holiday dinner. Complex includes community heater pool, hot tub, dining area & beach lookout point (awesome spot to check sunset).
**Located near the freeway so you slightly hear the noise, but sound wall & upgraded windows helps muffle sound.

Space is small & quaint but is spacious enough to be the ideal space for work at home vibes, hosting a party or simply watching Netflix on the couch :)
