This upper unit oceanfront two-bedroom one bathroom property comes complete with a full kitchen and ocean view living room. There is shared parking for one vehicle and street parking as well. You will enjoy a King-sized bed in bedroom one, a Queen size bed in bedroom two, and a couch in the living room which has a full ocean view complete with dolphins playing in the ocean and beautiful sunsets. Fresh towels and linens will be provided. The beautiful living room opens up to a deck patio that looks out to the ocean. There is also a private gated courtyard located in the back of the upper unit, great for a smoke break or pets. The downstairs outdoor seating area is shared with the lower unit, it comes with an ocean front outdoor heated spa that is shared with the lower unit. The newly constructed bonfire area with outdoor bar and seating area is right on the Strand and is shared with the lower unit. This area sits right on the Strand. A shared BBQ also comes with the property. This home is steps away from the ocean on the Strand in Oceanside. The Strand is the boardwalk of Oceanside Beach and is the most popular location in coastal San Diego. You will find yourself within walking distance to many great restaurants. Great eats like Bagby and LTH (Local Tap House) on Coast Highway are great options for amazing food and happy hour. If you need snacks or drinks, the locally known Wisconsin Market is only blocks from this vacation home. You can also find a great coffee shop next door to Wisconsin Market. It is only a short walk to the bustling nightlife of downtown Oceanside and fishing right off the Oceanside Pier. If you are feeling adventurous, check out Oceanside Harbor to rent a boat, wave runner, or paddle boat for the day. ASK OWNER FOR INFO ON OUR PRIVATE AIRPORT VALET. Dogs are allowed but they cannot be over 40 lbs or the guests will be asked to leave. Breed restrictions apply, please clear pets with owner before booking. The pet fee is a non-refundable $100 per dog.

Amazing property! Wonderful host! Host thought of everything even toothbrushes and sunscreen. Even though we brought everything we needed if we had forgotten anything it was provided. Best nights sleep I've had. Definitely worth the money. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know headed that way and will rent again if I ever get out that way again!!!!

Our second summer here and loved it just as much!

Ray is great and check in is so easy. Ray is quick to respond and we just love this place. The front area with the hot tubs and the beach right across the street is our favorite! Grilling out front and enjoying the view is the best. We love Oceanside and will book here again next summer!

Great Central Location

The property is nicely located for quick trips to Carlsbad, San Diego and Cornado Island. The ocean view from the balcony was enjoyable and far enough away from The Strand that it was relatively quiet.

Beautiful View, Quiet Area

Had a lovely stay overnight in the area to enjoy the local cuisine with friends and relax. We had a few small hiccups upon arrival, but it was easily overcome. We were able to relax and enjoy the view. Check-in and check-out was easy and fit our time schedule nicely.

Wave surround sound the best!

It was the perfect location to let the sound of the ocean drown out the stress. The establishment has a significant amount of its original architectural charm which is refreshing for this area.

Excellent location!

Great home, great location! No washer and dryer which would be a nice addition, but this cute home is definitely great for families who want to enjoy the beach! The property manager was responsive and very cool. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Love the location. The unit is a sweet little apartment with beach vibes. It is clean and Ray responded to any needs I had promptly. Have stayed her before and will definitely stay again during my next trip to Oceanside.

Terrible. Owner has taken zero pride in this place. No flooring in one bedroom, no screens on doors and windows (now on), holes in walls, no trim boards for flooring, electrical coverings hanging from the floor, exhaust vents for air conditioning snaked through windows, paint peeling, damaged walls. Do not stay here. Worst VRBO we’ve ever seen. Pictures and reviews don’t capture the poor quality of this place. Owner didn’t send location or code. Had to contact and would not give us a full discount after bailed on this place.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take pride in maintaining our beachfront property and want to clarify a few points for future guests. At the time of your stay, the home was accurately represented in the listing as a vintage, “Old California style” property—not a modern or newly built space. That said, we are continuously making improvements, including recently addressing items such as window screens. We didn't expect inspection and complaints about paint falling off the walls . When you called about the screen at 10pm Sunday when you checked in late we told you we can addressed issues immediately in the morning . . Our team is always available and responsive to guest needs.were battling the ocean and salt water and sand is constantly in need of in up keep. As for check-in details, we do send all location and access information prior to arrival. In this case, we responded promptly when contacted to ensure you could access the property. We understand you chose to leave early, and while we did our best to work with you, our refund policy is consistent with platform guidelines. We value all feedback for our Old California beach life you can see we have great reviews.

Location Location Location

My wife and I enjoyed being on the Strand and being able to walk to the pier or the local restaurants. Plenty of things to do and see or just kick back and watch the people or the waves. Ray is a great host and was available when needed. Thanks for the great week.
