Stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with sunset views. Located in a quiet and secluded cul-de-sac neighborhood, near Red Hawk golf course (3 miles) and has convenient access to shopping and restaurants.
Home is equipped with a strong Wi-Fi connection, a garage gym, which has a treadmill, dumbbells, bench, barbell, plates, and a rogue squat stand with a pull-up bar. The home also includes a basketball court, outside seating to view the beautiful NM sunsets, fire pit, grill and many more amenties.

Family visit

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The location was very convenient to get around Las Cruces, the listing was accurate, check in/out was easy, and the property manager was helpful with suggestions. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Great Las Cruces Getaway!

This property offered a great place to experience Las Cruces and the surrounding area. The property was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. The outside area of this property offered great opportunities to be outside and enjoy the beautiful New Mexico weather. We were close to White Sands, the Organ Mountains, the Farm & Ranch Museum and retail/dining options. The property owner was very helpful and communicative. When I return to Las Cruces, I would definitely stay here again!

Great property and awesome host

The property was very clean with thorough instructions on how to operate appliances like the coffee maker and ice maker. The host, Momique, was very responsive and answered all of our questions completely. She made us feel welcome which helped to make our trip to Las Cruces very enjoyable. We would definitely rent this property again when we visit Las Cruces in the future.

Awesome place to stay

We spent five nights at this property and enjoyed every minute. The place is just as it appears on the VRBO site, and was very clean. Monique was very responsive to our requests and the amenities provided were very helpful. The location is perfect as it's in a quiet area but very close to everything you could need. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house very clean and well equipped. So many extras and welcome baskets that it felt like a spa. Monique went out of her way to welcome us. Highly recommended.

Basketball court, garage gym with a treadmill, squat rack, and weights, outside grilling area with table set, huge dining room table to enjoy the quietness of the area.
This home is located on a cul-de-sac quiet and has access to some trails out in the arroyo, it is close to restaurants, fast food locations, Walmart, and a quick drive to downtown.
