Enjoy your private Oasis in this beautiful older 3 bedroom home in an established neighborhood, with an in-ground pool, and covered patio. Less than 1 mile from I-10 and 1 mile to Mesilla, New Mexico.
Walk around the Plaza, eat at La Posta, Josephine's, or Double Eagle. You will also be able to experience the local atmosphere while you browse at the farmer's market on the plaza. The home is also within walking distance to the Walmart SuperCenter, Applebees, Starbucks, Crackle Barrel, and much more.
This home was previously a vacation rental 11 years ago (hence why you will read old reviews) and I decided to turn it back into one. I recently remodeled the home and I just love the coziness and beachy feel it currently has. I want my tenants to feel like they are at a resort so the backyard is lush with greenery and flowers.

Heating the pool/hot tub cost is $25 startup fee plus $5/hr for as many hours as requested.
The rate is for 2 people, 3+ people staying is $20/night per person up to 6. If only 2 people are on the reservation the 3rd bedroom will be locked.

The house is beautiful, clean, and smelled amazing. It has everything you need to make breakfast and dinner. The pool was absolutely wonderful. The host is very good at communicating and responds quickly. Staying here helped us have a relaxing vacation as the house is located next to shopping and the freeway. We would love to stay there any time we're in the area.

In Las Cruces for a wedding/

Really enjoyed our stay in this very nice property. House was in excellent condition. Pool was fantastic. Location is very near Old Mesilla and numerous great restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Stay!

Great house, had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was heaven on the hot days and the pool area had a good amount of seats and decorations to make it feel homey. Thank you for everything!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed the home. Very relaxing and nice location. The house is super clean and well-equipped with everything you may need. The Palm Trees everywhere are huge! We hope to go back again soon.

Las cruces college visit and get away

Check in was so easy and home was very clean and inviting! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal. The backyard was so enjoyable even though it was early spring and we were there during a dust storm. Location is great with groceries close by.

Wonderful house! It has an open and spacious layout with all the amenities and supplies we needed. The house was spotless. Communicating with Monica was easy and immediate. And the house was a couple of minutes away from the wonderful restaurants and sights of Mesilla. We would definitely stay here again!

I am a local resident of Las Cruces and I have lived here for over 40 years. I met my husband while I was a senior at NMSU and I have stayed here ever since. We have 3 wonderful children and 4 grandchildren. I have several vacation rentals and I enjoy the rental business.
