Located just 1.2 miles from the beach, this stunning home is a paradise for families,
groups of friends and couples who are looking for a spacious coastal escape. The
home was thoughtfully curated to give guests a peaceful and clean home base with
easy access to all San Diego’s top attractions.
Enjoy a fully-equipped chefs kitchen with a 10 foot island, premium stainless steel
appliances, Carrera marble countertops and shaker-style cabinetry. Throughout the
home is stunning workmanship and design, with engineered hardwood flooring,
contemporary marble tile bathrooms, deep soak tub and rain showers.

The home is set up to allow vacationers to spread out and take in the Southern
California sun and elevated lifestyle. There is an effortless flow from the kitchen to the
open air living room and out into an expansive resort backyard - featuring a pool, jacuzzi,
grassy yard, lounge furniture, al fresco dining area, 6-burner gas grill and outdoor
fireplace.

We are located in proximity to San Diego's best attractions - Legoland, Carlsbad Flower
and Strawberry Fields, The SeaLife Aquarium, Del Mar Racetrack, Cedros Design District,

Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, are all a 10-15 minute drive away. San Diego Safari
Park, La Jolla Cove, Birch Aquarium, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo are also a short drive--with Disneyland just an hour away.

Guest access
Guests have private entry and 3 garage parking spots. There is no parking in the
driveway or on the street.

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 1 downstairs bedroom with
bathroom.
- Master Suite 1: King Bed, Smart TV, in-suite bath w/ soak and rain shower tub
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 – Twin Bed with Trundle
- Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Smart TB, detached bathroom
- Bedroom 5: Twin Daybed with a trundle and small desk area for kids.

Spa Heating: Free of charge.
Pool Heating: $125 per day fee.

There is a separate detached guesthouse which is not included and has a resident living in there. No parking in driveway or street. Cars must be parked in 3 car the garage.
