We’re glad you enjoyed the view, but we regret the many maintenance and comfort concerns you experienced throughout the home. These have all been shared with our maintenance and housekeeping teams for immediate review and corrective action. Regarding the flooring, we want to clarify that there is HushStep underlayment installed beneath the vinyl flooring. This is a soundproofing material designed to reduce noise transmission between levels and is not related to any structural issue with the floors. Regarding the firepit propane tank, there is no safety concern. Minor surface rust can naturally occur in coastal environments due to salt air exposure, but all equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure safe operation. We also appreciate your comments regarding the garage layout and tight maneuvering space, which we understand can be challenging for larger vehicles. We continue to ensure this is clearly reflected in our listing details. Our team is available throughout guest stays, and we do encourage guests to reach out in real time so we can address issues immediately and help improve the experience while on property.
