This is 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is in a beautiful building! Inviting and well maintained courtyard provide seating and areas to relax and eat. Laundry is close by in the building right across the way. This unit has a balcony overlooking 12th Avenue S with seating for an afternoon relaxation spot. Fresh & clean, lots of sunny windows! Only a couple blocks from the City Dock and three blocks to the restaurants and shops of Third Street and a short walk to the beach. 55+ building, 60 day minimum rental, $150 rental fee, available June 1- September 30. Please note this is a second floor unit with no elevator access.

Can not beat this location! You can easily walk, scooter, or bike to almost everything. Farmers markets on Saturdays are right down the street, music on 3rd St at night, all sort of events are always happening in Naples.
