This is a lovely, newly renovated condo, 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo is clean and has many of the amenities needed for a beach vacation. The owner, John, communicated throughout our stay. Wonderful place!! Would definitely stay again in the future!!

What a wonderful week! This condo was clean, cute, and comfortable! Newly redone and decorated with everything you could need. It is also super convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful Naples

Condo is located in a beautiful area. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. We go to Florida at least twice a year and host John was the best and nicest host we have had. He met us at the condo, suggested places to go and even bought a small cooler for us to use at the beach.

Location, location, location!

Perfect bungalow for relaxation and close to everything. Easy walk to beach across the street making it convenient to use restroom and bring back more beverages and snacks. Restaurants and shops also easy walk. Really don’t need a car! The unit itself was super clean and nicely appointed. Nice air conditioning for hot summer days. The pool was quite large for the property size, and super clean. Nice chairs around pool for relaxation.

Unbeatable location

This has to be the best location in Naples. One block from the beach and just two blocks from restaurants and bars, you could stay a week and never drive. The unit was very clean and, while not very large, had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to have an information packet in the property that covers normal questions. There were trash disposal places, a laundry room on site and other things, but we had to ask questions to get answers.

This rental was very clean, convenient and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very accommodating. Communication from the property manager (Evolve) was inaccurate.

Old Naples - Amazing Location!

What a great location! A few steps to Naples Pier and beach and a short walk to the shops and amazing restaurants of 3rd Street. Condo is old style 2 story Florida motel but nicely decorated and updated as much as possible. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well appointed, linens were nice good wifi and thanks for having a tea kettle! Only drawback is the early morning noise from adjacent parking lot and one of the units close by was being renovated. That being said the neighbourhood and location trump everything!

Location, location, location... cute, cute, and comfortable! Great place - had a blast ... condo is clean, very cute and well appointed. Pool is nice and redone - very close to the beach and some great restaurants in town. Can't wait to come back!

Location, location, location!

Didn't stay long enough! Brother's reunion (they grew up in Naples) with their significant others was fabulous! Unit was tidy, well-equipped and the beds were comfy but we were rarely in the room! The Pier, the beach, great dining and shopping were all just a short walk away! The pool was clean, crystal-clear and bath water warm! Perfect, just perfect! Customer service was wonderful and the owners dropped by to check in with us when they were in the area! Breakfast at Jane's Cafe every morning! Obviously we liked it! Can't come back soon enough!

Quaint property, nicely appointed and so close to beach, restaurants and shoppIng.

Owners were amazing to work with. We spent a week here and relaxed, enjoyed the beach and all that Olde Naples has to offer. This location is truly amazing. Great for a relaxing beach get away in one of the most beautiful areas in the US. Just a block from Third St., steps from the beach and one block south of Naples Pier. Can’t get better than that. This comfortably sleeps 4 also. The pool was also just completed and we also enjoyed winding down there after a day at the beach. We recommend bad ass coffee, Olde Naples Pub and Olde Naples Surf Shop.

Fantastic accommodations and location

The Mariner is an old motel renovated into privately owned condos/apartments. It is charming, quaint and quiet. There are no onsite frills here making it just my cup of tea. The office is simple and the staff is friendly. The beach is just one block away. Shops, restaurants are very close. All walkable. The grocery store is a 15 min drive. Laundry on site from 3-9pm. Heated pool. It was perfect. So quiet and peaceful. We stayed for a week. One could easily stay longer renting this unit. Our unit was beautiful. Tastefully and simply decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed, even beach chairs and beach towels. I was really impressed with how clean the unit is. Checking in: Make sure you get in contact with the owners prior to arrival for check in and not the office on site. The owners are super nice and will tell you what you need to know. You really won't need the office at all for this trip, but they are helpful and friendly if you do need them. We look forward to staying here again, in this exact unit. Honestly, I hate to write a great review about this unit and place, cause we don't want competition for dates with the rest of you all. It was that good.

Clean, very convenient, affordable.

The unit we stayed in was very clean, small but efficient and incredibly convenient to the beach, the Naples pier and 3rd street shopping and restaurants. Less than a block to the beach, less than 2 blocks from 3rd street original shopping district, and a very short drive or long walk to 5th avenue shops and restaurants. VERY affordable. I have already told friends about this.
