Even Hobby airport is a short 10 min drive. Still far away to enjoy peace and quiet. Well decorated and cozy to make you feel comfortable, safe, and secured. Your literally central to just about everything Incredibly cozy, comfortable, and stylish apartment near the medical center and the NRG stadium. Also, short drive to the museum district. Total of 2 bedrooms with one featuring a King Size Bed with an attached bathroom and the other a Queen Size bed: It’s Centrally located to everything. Upon entering We will make sure you walk into a clean and sanitized place and feel like its allready for the weekend. We have traveled quite a bit and appreciate how an AirBNB allows us to feel like we are "home" even when away from home. Also please make sure to read cancellation policy because it is strict!!!!!!!!!!! You will have access to the entire home. We have provided towels per guests and fresh sheets. If you need additional linens, please let us know before you arrive. You can use the washer, dryer and dishwasher as needed. The home is supplied with detergent and laundry sheets. Checkout after 1pm gets charged a full day at base price. - Leaving the house excessively dirty incurs a minimum $100 extra cleaning fee - No tampering with Ring doorbell, Schlage Lock, or with smoke detectors - $100 fee to have someone come reset the equipment - Must have a working phone number - No Charcoal grills allowed - Checking out with excess trash that exceeds trash bin capacity due to missed trash days incurs a $50. dumping fee - No Third Party Booking requests.
