The area is quiet and laid-back, mostly longtime residents, which makes it a peaceful place to come back to. What I enjoy most is the location — just minutes from the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Downtown Houston, UH, and TSU — so you can get anywhere in the city quickly while still having a calm place to unwind.
