Located in the tranquil community of Rolle Town Exuma, you will find this Ocean View Villa.
The property has elevation which gives
breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and
captures everyday sunrises. This quiet residential
area is also equipped with quick and easy access
to a variety of convenience stores, restaurants,
bars, and beaches.
Lilium Villa's offers you a cozy spacious bedroom
which features a queen size bed for your comfort
a 55" smart tv for your entertainment and also
remote control led light strips, ductless a/c unit
and a spacious closet. Bathroom with walk-in
shower and basic amenities a fully equipped
kitchen with a charming area that has a breakfast
counter with 2 barstools. There is also a outdoor
patio deck which gives panoramic views of the
surrounding beaches.

Another great stay!!!

My husband and I love Exuma and Lilium Villas is our go to place. I have lost count of how many times we have stayed. We live in busy busy South Florida and come here anytime we can swing it. The villa is always super clean and comfortable with our favorite beaches and water access areas close by. We appreciate the price, privacy and beautiful views from the back deck. The host Demetri and his family are wonderful and make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend staying here

The Sears Experience

This is our second time staying at Lillium Villa overlooking the beautiful bay! The upkeep of the villa is Immaculate! That’s why we returned. My wife is very particular with her surroundings. We will be back!

This property was very beautiful, the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was just amazing to wake up to every morning. The villa was immaculate well kept we loved every thing about this villa and we will be back again.

Another great stay!

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times and plan to return again soon. We live in busy busy South Florida and come here every now and again to escape, relax and unwind. The villa has gorgeous views from the deck, great privacy, super clean, comfortable, close enough to everything(shops and restaurants) and more importantly close to our favorite beaches. The host and his family are wonderful, always very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to returning in March:) Thank you for another great stay Demetri!

A Bahama Paradise

This place was an absolute treasure… the views make it worth it, and the price is so affordable for such a cute, clean property. My favorite features were the abundance of windows, and the porch access from the bedroom. The owners were responsive, easy to reach, and very nice & accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!!

Our 5th visit

Highly recommend Lilium Villa's, a great value. My husband and I have stayed here five times now. We love it...always clean, simple, comfortable, perfect location and beautiful views(for a great price). The owner Demetri is a very gracious host who aims to please. We appreciated the latest upgrades as well...nice cold AC added to the living area, new patio furniture and a new Weber grill. The fresh paint looks great too. Nice additions Demetri:) See you in December!!!

Disappointing

This VRBO discription was not accurate. The Bed was not good. It felt like sleeping on a boxspring only. It .needs a towel bar or hooks in the bathroom. The walls need painted stains everywhere. We tried to find another place but everything was booked. You can only slightly see the bay water. You can not be outside in the evening because little bugs are so bad there. It is very difficult to pull into the property unless you have a Jeep or SUV. I will say the Host was very nice. We were very disappointed.

Excellent property!,

I'll just say I agree with all of the great reviews, 100%. The bed was brand new and really put me down after exploring everywhere on our paddleboard from the shoreline down the hill from the rental. The structure was in very close to new condition, in fact, I'm not sure if it was a recent new construction or a complete remodel but it's a modern looking single level ranch. Great wrap around, really sturdy deck, not a single squeak there or anywhere inside the rental. The charcoal grill is a really nice Weber. The entry door locks are Kwikset as an example of its quality construction. There's a 55 inch television in the bedroom. I just screen mirrored my phone for Netflix and Max. I guess the walk to the small beach is around five minutes but it felt like two. We've visited Exuma around 13 times and both of us instantly agreed we are staying at Lilium again our next visit. If you plan on putting alot of things in the fridge and freezer you need to turn the cold setting on high because its a smaller appliance and it has to work at its potential to keep things cold. I never asked, but I just lit the gas kitchen stove with a lighter. We brought our inflatable paddleboard for our 4th time to Exuma and it was over the top incredible. It was so incredible we never left to visit another beach. It was an expanse of water separated by a dune (Man o War Cay) to another massive expanse of water, total paradise. Demetri is def a hands on fast, excellent host.
