No property is closer to the beach!
This unit includes entire second floor of a beachfront house located right next to Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge.
The place is great for families with kids of all ages. Huge deck with ocean views, quiet and peaceful getaway. Large front yard (facing the ocean) is perfect for family fun, volleyball, campfire, or grilling. Fishing and kayaking are popular water activities in the area.

Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes are available free of charge with advance notice.

20 min drive from Lewes, Rehoboth beach & Dewey beaches. Broadkill Beach convenience store nearby, shopping center ~ 10 min away.

We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Thank you for understanding!

Relaxing

The property was wonderful right on the beach. Very relaxing and beautiful place to stay. It was very clean newly remodeled and fit Our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna it made it even better

Great location

The house is a great location. It was our first time in Broadkill Beach, the view is so pretty. The owner is very responsive! Our week was super hot so bugs and jellyfish ruinedthe water week, but overall the stay was great.

Weekend Visit

Clean. Great Views! The host was quick and responsive. There can be people staying above and below you. Great location. wifi was fine. We had a quiet - relaxing stay with breakfast at Station on Kings (lewes)! highly recommended and Blue Coast Restaurant in Rehobeth.

Idyllic

This was a lovely place to spend a long weekend. Luckily the weather was perfect to sit on the deck overlooking the water and to spend time on the beach. The place was comfortable and very clean! I was concerned about the WiFi based on a previous review but we had no issues at all. Our innkeeper Mariana was very nice and communicative. Thank you for everything!

Relaxing

Unbeatable views and water access, providing a great place to unwind. Marianna was quick to respond to any questions we had and checking in/out was smooth. The community was bikable; it even had a small store to get an ice cream cone a few blocks away. The house is close to Lewes and Rehoboth for bike trails, restaurants and shops. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Gorgeous View

The view is amazing! The property is right on the beach, very convenient! The place was very clean, well kept, with updated appliances (microwave, dishwasher, oven and full fridge). The owner including lots of little extras (toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, sheets, tissues, even extra batteries! And a bunch of other kitchen related things- which was so helpful and convenient). We were so pleased to stay here and had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean place. Suggestions... Maybe hooks on back of doors. I find storage to be priority in our rentals...maybe a shampoo caddy to hang in shower to put supplies. Tub ledges a little narrow. Love the corelle plates. Maybe leave a cleaning rag and spray under kitchen sink for us to clean counters and tables. A bit buggy, but a beautiful place to stay.

Broadkill beach is very quiet and peaceful area. It is at the very beginning of Delaware bay, so the waves are smaller than on the ocean.

If you want to explore other places nearby, here is brief overview:
Lewes beach, which is the closest town south of Broadkill, is located next to Cape Henlopen State Park and Fort Miles Historic Area. It has outdoor displays of artillery from WWII.
Rehoboth Beach is a lively area with restaurants, bars and a water park. It is also known for Tanger outlets stretched along the Coastal Hwy (Delaware is an attractive tax-free shopping destination).
Dewey beach has bay access, and because of shallow, calm water it is popular with people who do windsurfing and kiteboarding.
