This charming two BR, 1 bath condo is located two blocks from the ocean, 1 block from the bay, and less than half a mile to the beginning of the attractions of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk, located in a quiet building with year-round residents for neighbors. The unit includes a beach badge for each guest (up to 4 guests).

Very comfortable.

This was our second stay here. Thoughtful amenities were appreciated. Location is convenient to everything. The only thing I could suggest, safety-wise, would be a grab bar in the shower area to help old folks like us getting in and of the tub.

Clean and cozy

Tricia was amazing to work with! We come from Arizona once a year and have stayed in different places along the shore, her place was in a very nice quiet area. All the little extras were a nice surprise to have on hand, comfortable beds, pots, and pans, all kitchen appliances that you need. it is a little bit further from the beach than I expected, but very close to the bay. thank you for an amazing week in Seaside!

Down The Shore

Excellent location to the beach and other shore activities. However, the apartment itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. For example, rugs were very dirty, and the shower curtain liner was moldy and dirty (and had to be replaced by us). The washing machine was very dirty, and we had to clean it completely. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the kitchen cabinets were so full of stuff that we had to store our kitchen belongings on the counter. The tablecloth on the kitchen table was grease stained. And while the listing stated that an ironing board was supplied in the apartment, there was none available.

Beautiful home. Conveniently located near the beach in a quiet safe neighborhood.

Tricia is an amazing host. The house was very clean and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. We will be back next summer.

Perfect NJ Shore Experience

I wanted to find a quiet place to stay where we could walk to the beach and boardwalk and this location was perfect. The condo was very clean with a nice kitchen. Perfect location to come back to after a long day of skeeball and lounging in the sand.

Cozy, comfortable, clean and convenient

Great place for either 2 couples or family of 4. Host covers it all in this pristine place. And right near the bay, boardwalk, and beach. Quiet area of Seaside Park. Perfect for casual lounging and yet real close to all the Seaside attractions. The books, games, free beach passes and Roku TV are all nice touches, but the host's place is well equipped with item you will inevitably forget when you;re away from home. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience over the 4th of July weekend. Property was just as pictured in the photos, very easy to check in and check out, lots of little conveniences to make our stay better.

Great location and very clean house

This place was perfect for our family. It was just enough space and super clean. Shirt walk to the beach and bay. The check in process was very easy and Tricia was easy to contact. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.
