I am sorry that the condo was not up to your standards. I generally recieve 5 star reviews, so I would like to address some of these points. The rugs are very light and are only two years old. They are professionally cleaned multiple times per year and spot cleaned after each guest, but as a working rental, stains do happen. I certainly plan on replacing them as soon as I can. As I told you, the day that you checked in, I was setting up and hosting a 70th birthday party for my father, so I did not get to do my regular walk through as I do after each cleaning. Had I been able to, I would have caught the tablecloth and shower curtain. Had you messaged me right away, I would have quickly replaced the shower curtain and liner and the tablecloth immediately. I live upstairs and keep backups of all these things as they are replaced often. They were replaced the day you checked out. The washing machine is regularly inspected and cleaned. I do not understand this comment. The kitchen is small with limited counter and cabinet space. By saying the cabinets are "full of stuff" is misleading. They contain plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, pots, spices, small appliances, pitchers, napkins, etc. all for guest use. Most guests are happy to find a full stocked kitchen. The laundry room is also small, and I found the ironing board got in the way more than it was used. A guest broke it last year and it hasn't been replaced. I will update the listing to reflect this. Clearly you are incredibly particular as evidenced by the multiple messages I received in the months leading up to your stay, and the fact that you completely rearranged my closets (which I then had to put back to the way they were, as I have a system). In the future, I would suggest staying in rentals that are advertised as brand new.
