Brand New in Seaside!! This lovely modern home offers a perfect stay close to everything! Enjoy the convenience of a washer-dryer, 4 free beach badges and 2 free parking spots, not common in the area! This modern home is perfect for your seaside getaway, just park your cars and walk everywhere! A beautiful gazebo with a shared grill is a perfect outdoor addition and has a direct view of the fireworks that happen multiple times each summer! The bedrooms including a queen bed, double bunk bed, and twin bed. The living room has a new queen futon to provide extra sleeping space.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental property. The place was very clean and well maintained and communication was excellent! I would most definitely rent this unit again.

Clean and close to the beach!

This apt was very clean and comfortable. We are a group of 5 adult family members who previously resided in New Jersey. We always go back every July for the tomatoes and sweet Jersey corn. This place has a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The check in was flawless and the host was fast at communicating. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back here next year!

Perfect beach stay! Very walkable to both the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants! Very clean and very easy to contact the host when needed!
