The sun is shining, the AC is blowing, the crystal-clear waters are sparkling and the cold drinks are flowing. All we need is you!

Our beachfront condo is just steps to the water’s edge and close to all the amenities, yet still quiet and relaxing!!

There's plenty of sunshine as well as plenty of shade from the Seagrape trees lining the beach. Whether you want to catch some rays, spend some time snorkeling or kayaking, take a walk along the 1/2-mile beach or sit quietly under a tree for an afternoon nap, you have all the room you'll need to enjoy your day right here, right outside your front door on beautiful Sapphire Beach. In the distance you can see our neighboring islands including St John, Jost Van Dyke and other British Virgin Islands.

Our completely renovated condo has a bright open floor plan and includes all the comforts of home. Our condo sleeps 2 very comfortably, with a king size bed in the bedroom. It also features two flat screen TV’s-one in the bedroom and one in the living area. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has new cabinets and counter tops and is fully equipped with a microwave, full size stove/oven, a full-size refrigerator freezer, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary pots and pans, dishes and utensils for your comfort and convenience.
We provide plastic trash bags, dish soap and one full roll of paper towel for your convenience.

The master bathroom is completely renovated too, with a new tile walk-in shower. We have thick, plush bath towels, a hair dryer and toilet paper for your convenience.

Our rental comes with beach towels, a small insulated cooler, beach chairs (if you want to go to a different beach) and water noodles - all located inside the condo and beach ready.

Yes, for those of us that just can’t completely break away from the loved ones that unfortunately couldn't come with you.....free WiFi is available so you can send pictures, update your Facebook status, Twitter, Tweet and Text away!!! :)

The Aquatic shop on the beach is open for business. Here you can rent kayaks, stand up paddle (SUP) boards and foam beach floats.

Please, no smoking inside our condo. If you wish to smoke, please be courteous and take it outside at least 20ft away from the building. Please dispose of all extinguished cigarettes in a receptacle.
