この美しいヴィラは、18室+ 4名用で、合計9つのベッドルーム、7つのバスルーム、2つの設備の整ったキッチンがあり、大家族や友人同士のグループに最適です。
2つの高品質の独立した家は快適さと独立性を提供します、それで各ゲストは彼ら自身の、静かなコーナーを見つけることができます、そしてテラスと広い共通の庭は一つにすべてを結合します。

Major-league holiday!

Wir waren eine große Familie mit 18 Personen und haben eine traumhafte Woche in diesem Haus verbracht! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet – es bietet unglaublich viel Platz, gemütliche Zimmer und zahlreiche Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, sodass jeder sein eigenes kleines Reich hatte. Der Außenbereich war einfach fantastisch: viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillmöglichkeit und ein wunderschöner Pool. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Auch die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage wäre ideal – ruhig ,wir hatte gerade etwas Baulärm vor dem Haus.Gottseidank nicht täglich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und viele schöne Erinnerungen gesammelt. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert für große Familien

Special place!

This house is exceptionally well suited for a large family. It is divided into three spacious apartments and features a large and enjoyable outdoor area. The location is unique right by beautiful beaches, with shops within walking distance. There’s even a small restaurant just a short walk away. I highly recommend this house!

We were a big friends and family group - 9 adults and 6 small children. This villa was perfect for us, with 3 x 3-bedroom apartments so plenty of space for everyone. The communal areas are perfect - plenty of space and activities for adults and kids. Great location: the beach is just a short walk and there are plenty of lovely local restaurants in the vicinity. Owners are on-site and Ivana was super helpful with anything during the course of our stay.

Had an incredibly nice week! We had access to the entire garden and its range. Played basketball and barbecued in the evenings. The apartments were clean with a nice view of the sea and Brac. Nice beaches a short walk away. Running up the mountains was also a highlight. Local bus to Split leaves near the accommodation. The contact with Klaudija was perfect. Also helped us with transfers to and from the airport. The owner Ivana was very helpful and cheerful. Thanks!

Major-league holiday!

What a fabulous property! We had such a great time as there was something for everyone; pool, hot tub, basketball net, pool table, table tennis table, playroom full of toys.....the list goes on. There were plenty of towels ( pool and bathroom ) and everything you could need in a kitchen....plenty of glasses, plates and saucepans. There was nothing we felt was missing. I think this might be the best property we have been to so far!

Extraordinary journey!

What a lovely location. Beautiful views over the sea to Brac. I could sit and watch the boats come and go all day. The villa is very spacious and a green sanctuary on the coast. Only a two minute walk to the swimming beach, although the walk up the hill is a good workout (worth it for the views). The villa (really three large apartments) has everything you would need and there are restaurants in walking distance along the beach.

Extraordinary journey!

Ivana was extremely helpful throughout our stay, gave clear instructions at the beginning and helped arrange a private boat trip which everyone enjoyed. The villa was outstanding - even better than in the photos. The 3 x 3 bed apartments worked well for our group, and the knives were even sharp!! I highly recommends this villa and host

Fantastic Hostess

We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities offered at the villa. (Sauna, Jacuzzi, Swimming Pool, Children playground, badminton net, basketball net, outdoor fully equipped grill perfect for BBQ, exercise room, all kinds of gaming tables). Besides from being fully equipped, the owner/hostess, Ivana, stayed at the property. Should you encounter any issue during the stay, the problem would be taken care of immediately. In addition to this, Ivana and her family actually prepared a beautiful BBQ fish dinner for us on one of the nights. There was sufficient food leftover for lunch the day after. We have nothing to complaint about. However, it was not the most present sleeping in the individual bedrooms during the recent heat wave as there was no air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms.

Week long getaway

The owner was super friendly and easily accessible. The Villa was absolutely magnificent just as it looks in the pictures, a huge space! I would recommend hiring a vehicle if some sort as getting to central split is about a 35-40min drive

Absolut tolle Wohnanlage mit drei abgeschlossenen Wohnungen und separatem großem Spielzimmer. Für Kinder und Erwachsene sehr zu empfehlen. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Das Grillhaus als einzige Grillmöglichkeit ist leider ein wenig "weit" weg. Aber trotzdem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Really beautiful Villa and facilities.

Fantastic experience from the moment we drove through the gates to the minute we drove back out a week later. Massive thank you to the property owner for her kindness and ensuring everything was always in order. Villa itself is a really beautiful property to which the photos do absolute justice. We had are extended family with us including kids from 5 to 13. Villa caters for absolutely everyone's needs from sports facilities, pool to quiet seating areas to relax. The Hot tub got a lot of action across the whole family. Thanks again for a wonderful experience. Simon & Monika

Villa med extra allt

Ett fantastiskt boende för alla åldrar , mycket att sysselsätta sig med ,Bastu jazuzzi , pool , spelrum med biljard,fotbollspel och träningsredskap samt leksaker för mindre barn. Boendet är ju uppdelat i tre enheter med kompletta kök vilket gör att man kan dela upp sig för att få möjlighet till egentid samtidigt med stora möjligheter till gemenskap både inomhus och utomhus fanns även ett bordtennisbord vilket ungdomarna gillade . Husägarna var väldigt lätt att få kontakt med och om något problem uppstod åtgärdades det väldigt snabbt. D et fanns en liten butik på gångavstånd dock för större inköp behöver man antingen hyrbil eller taxi. det fannas även en restaurang på gångavstånd men den var stängd vid vårt besök då vi kom sent i säsongen och troligen hade det även med kovid 19 att göra. Kan verkligen rekommendera denna villa . Bengt

Sehr schönes Haus in mässiger Lage und Umgebung

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Schöne Sicht aufs Meer. Es handelt sich um 3 Wohneinheiten mit jeweils einzelnen Eingängen. Teilweise sind Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, wäre dies der Fall hätte man wirklich nichts auszusetzen ! Wir waren eine Gruppe von 18 Leuten und wir haben jedesmal zusammen gegessen. Die einzelnen Kücheneinheiten sind nicht ausgerichtet um für 18 Personen zu kochen. Grillhaus sehr toll, erinnert an die Zeit vor den Weber-Grills :)) Ein Webergrill näher am Haus würde dem Objekt dennoch gut tun 👍 Wir hatten 2 Wagen vor Ort, was ich auch empfehle, ohne Wagen ist man sehr limitiert und man kann die Schönheit Kroatiens nicht erkunden. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in kürzester Umgebung, Split erreicht man in nicht mal 20 Minuten ! Besitzer sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit ... Das Haus bekommt von mir eine glatte 4+/5, mit WeberGrill und neuen Möbel in 3-4 Schlafzimmern absolut 5+ ! Stehe gerne zur Verfügung bei weiteren Fragen ...

Fabulous stay at lovely villa

The property was fantastic we had a great stay lovely pool, hot tub outdoor kitchen, play areas and great games room. The villa is split into 3 apartments which we didn’t know when we arrived. It suited us fine as had older children in the party. They aren’t linked they each have a front door. The villa was very well equipped and the lovely host Ivana brought fruit each day and wine. It s walking distance to the beach and supermarket. Lots of lovely restaurants a short drive away or Uber. A brilliant place to stay I would highly recommend.

Fabulous modern villas that include all amenities

Spotlessly clean. Modern. Fully equiped. Spacious. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Lovely gardens overlooking the sea. Hosts are wonderful and brought us home grown fruit, vegetables and wine. Villas are at top of a steep hill but this is typical of region.
