Unfortunately we do not manage the pool service as it is being handled by the association but we would have been happy to investigate any issue had it been reported to us during your stay. Jimmie thanks so much for your feedback, it always helps us to provide exceptional service for our guests. We're pleased to know the property suited your needs and you felt safe. It sounds like you stayed fit with all that walking ;) but it's great that you were able to walk to work, the grocery store and everywhere you needed to go and actually enjoyed it. Thanks for the additions you left at the property but if you had requested, we would have been more than happy to provide them for you. We always want our guest to be as comfortable as possible so we would have covered you. Indeed, the unit ideally accommodates two in the bedroom and this is where the A/C is located. It seems as if you and your roommate's rotation worked out and gave both of you an opportunity to sleep in the room. Thanks so much for staying with us and we look forward to hosting you soon. Jamm, We're always grateful for the opportunity to host our guests and ensure they have a great stay at our property. But I appreciate that though we always aim to please 100% of our guests, every once in a while, this will not be possible. As an example, the guest that stayed before you left us a very nice review, who's opinion was very different than yours but is typical for our Murcott Villa: "We arrived late on a Saturday night, however a representative was waiting to let us into the one bedroom rental and give us a tour. Although it was just myself and my SO, the space is large enough to sleep two or three more people. The place had all the basic amenities including a few items in the kitchen like coffee, tea, and some items for cooking. The fridge is large enough to stock up on drinks and perishable items. There is a flat screen TV in the living area that receives all the normal cable channels and WiFi which was very stable for using Whatsapp and Skype. There was an inflatable bed in the walk in closet along with a dresser, iron and plenty of hangers to put things away. Do note that the air conditioner is in the bedroom and while it cools that area nicely, it can get a bit warm in the front area during the day however you can open all the windows to get some air flowing through. We had a rental car and there was a space available for parking inside the gate so that was very convenient. There is also a security attendant at night who closes the gate by midnight. We came back from dinner late one evening and all we had to do was blow the horn and the attendant came to open the gate so that all worked out fine. The location is very near to downtown Nassau. You can walk to Shirley street and then head in all directions depending on where you want to go. Bring comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen and a beach bag and then take off exploring. I feel like the overall value of this place was very good and it served our purpose very well so we would definitely stay here again." - Torri Nonetheless, we appreciate you taking the time to share your opinion and agree that perhaps the large and costly hotel resort like The Atlantis may be more of what you're looking for.
