2nd floor studio with a large balcony over looking Sedona & the Verde Valley. Centrally located means a short walk to uptown. Flat is about 550 sq ft with large private balcony. In your studio: king sized bed, sleeper sofa, living room, dining room table, electric fireplace, bathroom with walk in shower, mini-fridge, coffee pot, coffee beans, grinder, sugar, & creamer. DirecTV, WIFI. 1st & 3rd floors are available to rent so you can the rent entire place. DISCOUNT ON GHOST TOURS

The location was perfect and great to come with a parking spot. The place is better than pictures show. Host was very responsive and accomodating. Would stay here again.

The property was great and more then we expected. It was close enough to walk around the town of Jerome, but not in the heaviest travelled area. It was more spacious then other rentals we looked and had plenty of amenities available for your stay. And yes! The view was spectacular! Would stay here again, and will recommend it to a friend who is planning a trip to Jerome next month.

Perfect!

This place is perfect, super clean, had everything we needed, management was super quick and easy to work with. Location is ideal for walking anywhere in Jerome. We loved our stay.

Perfect Location

We have stayed here a few times, and we return because it’s clean and has a great location. You don’t have to worry about parking as it has its own designated parking space. It has a great porch that you can enjoy the beautiful view while drinking your coffee and people watch. Plus, it’s right where all the shopping starts. We will be back for sure!

We had an absoluely wonderful time at our stay in Jerome. It was a cute place. Truly A MILLION DOLLAR VIEW. My only issue, and it is small, is you can't really cook anything during your stay. There is a coffee maker, a microwave and a fridge. It does say, "kitchenette " so maybe that was on me. But we stayed three days and had to eat out the whole time. Like I said, its not a huge deal and mostly my fault. The rest of the place is fantastic!!!

I absolutely loved staying in Jerome and our vrbo accomodations were perfect. We had snow, so we just stayed in watching it snow and relaxed. I hope to come back.

Jerome home.

A nice place to stay for a short time (no kitchen). Funky town may be better for younger visitors, but fun and good launching point.

Wonderful place! Not overpriced. Great views and access to town.

Thoroughly enjoyed! Would recommend curtains at openings/doorways to bedroom, for privacy and if someone else staying in living room. Great location close to town!!! Love the porch, view and size.

This was a very comfortable and very roomy option. Having a reserved parking spot was a real plus. Jerome is very walkable but I’ll warn you that the hills are steep from this property to about a block and a half to “downtown” would definitely recommend this

A couple hiccups, but overall we love this house!

We have stayed with these hosts several times in a different room/apartment. In comparison, we definitely enjoy the other room/apartment better. They need to bug spray this room (we found not 1, but 2 cockroaches) and the bed is stiff. Outside of these two things, we love Jerome, we love the location and the hosts have always been great. In my opinion, this is the best location.

Unbelievably, they blocked control of the thermostat so we couldn't control the heater. It was set at 65 and at night, it sounded like a freight train when the heater came on. We had no way to turn it off. It was also set too low when we did need heat and had to resort to the little area heater that was provided. Thankfully, the weather was mild for December because we've been up there when it was much colder and that little heater wouldn't have kept the unit comfortably warm. A rug in the "kitchen" area would have been nice. Also, the couch pillows stunk.

What a great property and great location! The apt was clean and well-appointed. There is no stove or grill with this unit but we didn’t miss having that at all. The views from the patio are wonderful and we really enjoyed spending our evenings out there. We would stay here again!

My wife Joan and I have been involved with property management since we purchased our first multi family property in 1982. We first discovered Jerome many years ago after a Jeeping adventure in Sedona. As we followed 89A as a shortcut from Sedona to Prescott, we accidentally discovered this cool little town of Jerome. Over the past years, we have enjoyed bringing out of town guests to Jerome for dinner, or just to enjoy the views. We are now excited to offer the Million Dollar View Vacation Rental to those looking for a beautiful setting to come make new memories. ENJOY!
