Wonderful Casita

We really enjoyed our stay. A quiet place and private. Close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about wanting to visit the Sedona area without all the noise and traffic. Our host was very pleasant.

Perfect getaway!

We loved staying at Rick’s casita. Very quiet neighborhood in historic clarkdale but very close to the more active Cottonwood and Sedona hiking. We loved the fire pit and hot tub every evening after hiking. The property was really nice and Rick was extremely responsive and communicative. A great stay!

Great casita!

The casita was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It is close to Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood, and great hiking trails. The price was very reasonable, and it was great to get away from busy Sedona (especially during spring break!) The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

A wonderful retreat.

The casita is clean, comfortable, and quiet. Rick was very responsive and helpful for all of our questions. We wish we had had a longer stay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at the Casita! Everything was as excepted, if not better! The fireplace was wonderful for the chilly nights. The bed was very comfy and the kitchenette had everything we could have needed. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. I may even come back for a long weekend away again!

Get-away weekend

Cozy Casita

What a wonderful time we had in Clarkdale! The casita was just what we needed. Very tastefully done and ceiling height makes it feel much larger. We really enjoyed this jewel of a place and got the much needed relaxation a vacation should provide. Definitely will be back!

Cozy Craftsmen Casita close to Sedona

We had a fabulous restorative stay at this comfortable tasteful VRBO. Perfectly situated to Sedona minus the hubbub. Ideal location for great food, shops and access to innumerable Sedona hikes and breathtaking scenery. Host was perfectly attentive and unobtrusive. Wonderful!!!!!

Hideaway in Clarkdale

The casita is exactly as portrayed. Super clean, organized & so very quiet! The king bed is very comfortable. The owner, Rick has stocked the kitchen with everything we needed plus things we had forgotten. We will definitely be back soon!The Mattsons.

Beautiful Casita

The casita was beautiful, charming, and comfy. It has everything you need for a cozy stay. We enjoyed the beautiful fireplace. We went touring and hiking in Sedona a couple of days. Enjoyed a few wineries on the Verde wine trail another day. We would definitely consider staying here again

Cozy Casita

Lovely place for two - cute, clean and quiet. Great location to explore nearby wineries, restaurants - Cottonwood, Jerome and only a half hour drive to Sedona. Much prefer this laid back area to staying in Sedona. Owner, Rick, responds quickly to any questions, though we really didn't have any. If we visit again, we would definitely stay here.

I'm a custom homebuilder in nearby Sedona. Mostly I live with my girlfriend in Sedona ( who has a GREAT VRBO property BTW but it's usually fully booked. Ha!). So when I'm not with her I come "home" to Clarkdale. This place is a Twilight Zone time warp. The locals call it Mayberry.

This great little casita has all the charm of anything you'll find in nearby Sedona for less money. Private, secure, comfortable, and at a great location in charming historic Clarkdale. Sedona is just 35 minutes away. Jerome is about 10 minutes. Old town Cottonwood is about 5 minutes and is fast becoming a Mecca for wine tasting, night life and truly great food at reasonable prices.

And so sorry. I’m have difficulty editing this listing with VRBO. ITS A ONE BEDROOM CASITA. SLEEPS TWO. ITS 500 SF.
