Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is a great location near the pool and beach area. We had plenty of room for 9 guest, the property was clean on arrival, however the table appeared broken, some stains on furniture and the oven had the whole bottom burner missing, making it difficult to use the oven. Overall I would give our experience a 5 star and would recommend.

The washer and dryer were broken and a guy came to check them out and said he would contact the host and let them know they would need to be replaced, no one ever contacted us back about the replacement nor did we have a working washer and dryer so we could not wash or dry our clothes. This place needs some serious TLC for how much it costs you would think it would be updated. The washer and dryer have rust all over them. The condo is in a good location with pretty views and short walk to pier park.

Great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is conveniently located on the first floor close to the beach, parking and all amenities. It was easy to walk to the pool and beach with small kids. We are planning to return here next year.

Awesome property

This is my second year staying in this unit. Unit was clean, furnished with all the necessities and everything worked properly. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach which is steps away and pool is right in front of the room. Will definitely book this property again for next year!

Excellent location for Ironman Florida Triathlon

Great location and stay for IRONMAN Florida. Only issues: needed more garbage bags and sliding doors to patios were difficult to lock/unlock. Thanks!

Very nice condo

We loved being on the bottom floor! This condo was exactly as described. Was a little worried about being by the pool but had a great view of the ocean and would definitely stay there again.
