The Space:

This gorgeous condo features breathtaking views of the sugar-white sand of the emerald coast, all from the comfort of your private balcony. With a well-equipped kitchen, you can make an enjoyable meal for you and your family. Relax poolside or take a walk on the beautiful beach, this condo has everything needed to provide an unforgettable vacation for you and your family.



Just steps away from the ocean and stunning white sand beaches, this condo is also centrally located near a variety of nightlife and entertainment. Take a short 0.4-mile walk to explore the bustle and shops of Pier Park or take a short drive to enjoy a delicious cocktail at the tropical bar.



Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit.

We had an amazing time. This condo was very clean with an amazing view. I will definitely book this again. It is in walking distance of so many places for restaurants and entertainment. You can actually see Pier Park from the front door.

Great location and beach view.

Only disappointment was the closed fitness center and the heated pool was closed for roof replacement.

Wonderful condo.

The condo is wonderful, well kept and has great ammenities. The building elevators are slow, and a bottle-neck for the volume of guests at calypso. If you can go between sept and may, you'll love it. Be prepared for heavy traffic and crowds during the summer weeks.

Very clean and great location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was very clean and had great views and was close to pier park. My only complaint is that one of the chairs at the kitchen table looks like the back is about to fall off from some probably leaning back in it. My elderly mother is the one that found that out when she sat in it and felt like it was going to flip over backwards. Other than that, the property is great.

Location was great

The unit was just okay! The furniture and bedding i.e. mattresses are really showing their age. Consider replacing. The view was great....sunrise to sunset!! WoW

Wonderful

This place is fabulous, spacious and SUPER CLEAN!!!!! The only drawback may be the strict rules by the pool, I completely understand that rowdy teens can be a problem, however , we are both over 50 and got scolded for our drinks (in yeti cups) being with us while we were just standing in the pool, the drinks were sitting on the side of the pool. Excellent staff!! ( except the guy at the tiki bar, he was a jerk) We will be back!!!

Nice condo.

It was a nice condo. However, they didn’t include a hair dryer. They should probably include a hair dryer next time. Out of all the condos that we have stayed in, this was the only one that didn’t include a hair dryer.

Good condo

The condo was nice but still had sand all over the floors. The dishwasher did not work. This was reported. Had to spend vaca time washing dishes by hand.

The cond was amazing and clean. The only problem I had was getting in touch with someone who could help with any problem. They where hard to understand and put me on h whole and never could help me with what was needed.

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely, Vacasa, the rental agency, not lovely to work with. The condo had a broken dishwasher, we were not told about it when we checked in and that was never fixed, the entire week that we were there, no updates were given. This was particularly disgusting, because of course, I cooked seafood the day we arrived, loaded the dishwasher, then, after a couple of days of empty promises of a fix, I got to hand wash all the stinky dishes. The fire alarm in the condo went off for no reason, and wouldn’t shut off, it was not hard wired in, so we took it down and took out the batteries the next day a person from maintenance came to get it and never brought another one. The condo and the grounds are lovely. The interior was nice and spacious.

Nice Inside Corner Unit

This is an inside corner unit between each tower. Which allows noise to carry. Balcony not very private. Unit is actually really nice and centrally located. Would I stay there again, no. The unit needs to be updated with some electronic stuff and they don't need the VCR Players. TV's are nice and you have access to some streaming services if you have those accounts to sign into; however, they set deep in the cabinet so you can't pull them out if you want to watch movies or cook/watch TV. They need to add flat round sheet pans for cookies, biscuits....in the kitchen. We had to ask for wash clothes for the kitchen (which we where given two) There are no pot holders. Those where requested and we did not receive any so we had to use bathroom hand towels to remove things from the oven. Master bathroom tub doesn't work. Advised management and issue not resolved, but noted. Also about two stools that actually were chairs that the cast iron backs had been broken off and they tried to use them as stools. The problem is the cast iron sticks out and will cut your legs if unaware. Management said they were aware, but couldn't do anything about it because of protocol. All these things are easy fixes. I am not meaning this review to be bad, just making other renters/owner aware of some small fixes that will make people come back. One major plus was that there are chairs and such in the unit you can take to the beach. That was a great surprise! On site management was GREAT!

Perfect Get Away

Perfect! That's about all I can say. For a quick get a way, wished we could have stayed longer. The condo, beach, view, entertainment was perfect. We stay at Calypso whenever in town and will continue.

The condo was old out dated and falling apart. Location and view was perfect.

Paint missing from walls. Shower door fell off hinge and hit my son in the head. It took maintenance 4 days to fix it. My daughter. was sitting at the counter eating breakfast when the back of one of the chairs fell off. This condo has not been kept up. I spoke with several people from Vacasa during our stay. They asked me to send a email that I have yet to receive a response to. Our last night the entire tower lost power for several hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Very disappointed.

Spring Break 2022

Check in was easy. They communicated with us all week checking on any needs we had. We needed maintenance once and they were there with in the hour and fixed the bathroom shower door. Property location is perfect to walk to restaurants and shopping. It was a great week with my family.
