Perfect vacation rental for visiting Tempe and Scottsdale. 1 mile from ASU, beautifully remodeled in 2022, with a private diving pool. Fenced pool is great for families with young children or groups of friends. Near tons of restaurants and shopping and easy access to major freeways. Safe, clean, and quiet. Welcome to Casa Azul!

Great stay

This is the second time staying at Casa Azul while visiting our son at ASU. Great location, great house and great pool!!!! We will stay again!!

Amazing house!

Check in was super easy. The house was beautiful and spotless. It was a perfect getaway for us girls. We loved the pool! I can’t say a bad thing about it! We loved it!

Fantastic Property Close to ASU!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property in Tempe while visiting our son at ASU. The house was clean and freshly remodeled and exceeded our expectations. The open floor plan was very functional with a spacious island, nice family room with a large TV and also included a unique side bar area with a wall mounted TV so that we had plenty of room to spread out. The outside area included a nice pool, and multiple sitting areas including a small firepit which was perfect for daytime relaxation and cooler evenings. We look forward to returning to this house on a future visit to Tempe/ASU!

Easy vacation lodging

We came for out grandson's baseball tournaments. Four adults and a teen. The process and communication with Cory was flawless. The house had adequate appointments for kitchen, pool, BBQ, and laundry. We were able to cook a lot of our meals- which is more relaxing for us. The temperatures were cool for this time of the year but we still got to enjoy the pool. The home is aging, but impeccably maintained. The BBQ has seen better days but I am sure it is on Cory's list to replace. Overall 5 stars and we hope to return next year if given the opportunity. Hi! I moved to Arizona in 2003 after serving seven years in the Army as a helicopter pilot. After the Army, I started (and eventually sold) a couple of local restaurants while also consulting for other businesses of all shapes and sizes. I love hospitality and pleasing people so short-term rentals are a great fit! I am married to a beautiful and amazing Colombian-American woman and we have a young daughter together. We are both bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and love to host.

This is a special place for our family as we used to live in this awesome house! It is now available for you and your group to make some amazing memories as well. Ideally located in north central Tempe just a few minutes from ASU, Mill Avenue, and a host of other east valley attractions. The house itself has been tastefully updated and decorated, is very spacious, and has a gorgeous mini-pebble diving pool in the backyard. My wife Carolina manages the cleaning and takes pride in our 5 star reviews!
