This centrally-located family friendly home is only a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 4 miles from ASU. It is close to the Cubs Sloan Park, and Spring Training, It is convenient to Old Town Scottsdale (15 min.), Downtown Phoenix (20 min.), Mill Ave in Tempe (15 min.) and downtown Gilbert (20 min.).
You will have a clean, bright and airy, just remodeled Designer Decorated single-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities included are a private heated pool and barbecue grill. You will love the totally remodeled kitchen. Trying baking and new recipes when you have the time . Relaxing by the pool during the day, playing a game of corn hole or just sitting outside at night just chilling or star gazing. Perhaps enjoying a movie on one of the four smart televisions now that you finally have time or playing a game with your family or friends after dining out. Graduation/vacation

The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. The kitchen area has all the appliances, dishes, etc . We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely comeback.

Cozy home with pool, close to ASU

We had a great stay at this home in Tempe. We stayed for 3 weeks and Basil was great to work with. Location was great for visiting our son at ASU and central to Scottsdale, Phoenix, the airport and other activities in the area.

Had a great mini vacation at this home. Well stocked with the basics- tp, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Beds were comfortable, furnishings well thought out. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. The mural on the back wall really makes the back yard look inviting. Its very private back there too.My only not glowing comment is that I personally found the furniture in and outside uncomfortable to sit in. But my friends and I are older so might be fine for the young ones.I would still come back as I really liked everything else about this rental.

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for the four of us. The pool was refreshing, the bedding comfortable, it is clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return soon.

Our stay in Tempe two weeks ago was perfect. The property is beautiful and convenient. There is nothing that we needed that was missing. We were there for my husband's 80th birthday. Our son and daughter-in-law live in Tempe, but they have a two-story condo. One level is important to us. The owner has taken great care in providing all amenities for a comfortable stay. Our grand dogs were able to visit grandpa in the afternoons for his birthday. 12 minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport

Close to everything in quiet friendly neighborhood. The pool is warm and nice. The bbq worked nicely. The home is well cared for. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Phoenix
