This centrally-located family friendly home is only a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 4 miles from ASU. It is close to the Cubs Sloan Park, and Spring Training, It is convenient to Old Town Scottsdale (15 min.), Downtown Phoenix (20 min.), Mill Ave in Tempe (15 min.) and downtown Gilbert (20 min.).
You will have a clean, bright and airy, just remodeled Designer Decorated single-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities included are a private heated pool and barbecue grill. You will love the totally remodeled kitchen. Trying baking and new recipes when you have the time . Relaxing by the pool during the day, playing a game of corn hole or just sitting outside at night just chilling or star gazing. Had a great mini vacation at this home. Well stocked with the basics- tp, paper towels, laundry soap etc. Beds were comfortable, furnishings well thought out. We really enjoyed the pool and patio. The mural on the back wall really makes the back yard look inviting. Its very private back there too.My only not glowing comment is that I personally found the furniture in and outside uncomfortable to sit in. But my friends and I are older so might be fine for the young ones.I would still come back as I really liked everything else about this rental.

Our stay in Tempe two weeks ago was perfect. The property is beautiful and convenient. There is nothing that we needed that was missing. We were there for my husband's 80th birthday. Our son and daughter-in-law live in Tempe, but they have a two-story condo. One level is important to us. The owner has taken great care in providing all amenities for a comfortable stay. Our grand dogs were able to visit grandpa in the afternoons for his birthday. Graduation/vacation

The house was in a very good location for what we were doing. The pool and outdoor area was very nice and we used it in the mornings and in the evenings. The set up was perfect for a family. The kitchen area has all the appliances, dishes, etc . We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely comeback.

Great Home to Stay

Communication with the property owner was easy and he was prompt in his responses. The living space was very large and accommodated us well. There was everything you would ever need in the kitchen to make a meal. Master suite is absolutely perfect with plenty of storage and room to move. The other two bedrooms are small but have adequate closet space but little drawer space.A few things could have used a little more elbow grease like the freezer and the outside patio. The rule book was helpful but the pool instructions were a bit confusing. The washer/dryer were easy to operate and there were plenty of towels for the pool and personal use. I would suggest a few pool items(floats, noodles)would be provided as this is a great pool for kids but deep. Plenty of seating on the outside patio and perfect for morning coffee.This house is in a beautiful neighborhood which is very quiet. Location to the 101 and 202 is easy.We would stay here again.

Cozy home with pool, close to ASU

We had a great stay at this home in Tempe. We stayed for 3 weeks and Basil was great to work with. Location was great for visiting our son at ASU and central to Scottsdale, Phoenix, the airport and other activities in the area.

Great first experience with Vrbo

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful, immaculate well kept property. Decor looks like its straight from a magazine layout. I live a few houses away and was having renovations so this was very convenient Highly recommend.

Sunny Tempe Elegance

The house is in an excellent location with great restaurants and shopping areas within a couple miles. The area roads and highways are remarkable in its order and repair. The heated house pool was the main attraction and source of entertainment. The kitchen amenities provided a sense of home away from home. I would definitely come back to this location.

Family weekend

We absolutely loved this place. It was perfect for the four of us. The pool was refreshing, the bedding comfortable, it is clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return soon.

12 minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport

Close to everything in quiet friendly neighborhood. The pool is warm and nice. The bbq worked nicely. The home is well cared for. We would definitely return here on our next trip to Phoenix

Amazing home

This home was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and enjoy spring break for 12 days. The pool was amazing and the outside set up was comfortable and cozy. Basil was amazing to work with, very communicative and responsive and goes out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. This location was great and close to so many other cities to visit and explore. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Friends looking for sun

We're a group of six who are now retired and plan a trip together to temporarily escape the cold winter. Our stay was greatly enjoyed by all. There was comfortable space to gather both inside and out. The accommodations met all our needs. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. All of us greatly enjoyed the very spacious outdoor space and pool (that was heated!)
