Huge 2 Bedrooms Condo On Vista Cay. Close to All Theme Parks and International Drive.
This 1800 Sqf condo is perfectly to lodged you to enjoy Orlando`s attractions. Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and omly 15 minutes fro the airport. Next door to the Convention Center Orange County.
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60" Smart T and large dining area. 2 huge bedrooms with king sized beds and 1 sofa bed.

1800sqf entire apartment on the 2nd floor. Gated community. Amazing pools for kids and adults.
2 huge bedrooms with king sized bed in each bedroom. 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen and kitchenette with microwave, oven and stovetop.
Linens and towels provided. Perfect place to relax after a long day at Parks and Shoppings.



Qiet time 10pm to 09am
Collec trash and put it in the trash bin in front of the unit.
All used towels put in the laundry, no towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
Temperature 71-75F
Maximun accupancy 6 pesons, included adults and children.
Start kits is for the first day use. No meals is provided. No cleaning service under the stay.
Please bring pets bed under the stay, we are caring people with pets allergy.

Needs a deep clean. Owner seemed receptive to recommendations for improvements. Resort and location was amazing! Gated community, beautiful pool area. Pet-friendly.

This was our second time staying at Vista Cay, and overall, we really enjoyed it. The location is great, and the amenities are a big plus. It’s also pet-friendly, which we appreciate.That said, the unit wasn’t quite as clean as I expected. Something had spilled on the floor, and when I wiped it up, the cloth was black, which made me feel like the floors hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly between guests. I ended up vacuuming the entire condo, which helped me feel better about it.Other than that, everything was good. One thing to note for future guests: be sure to bring toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent for dishes and laundry, as these weren’t provided for the duration of our stay (they have been at other VRBOs we’ve stayed in).

Great find for theme park goers!

The unit was very spacious and clean! The close proximity to Universal Studios theme parks was great! 5 minute drive to Epic Universe (right across the street) and 10 minute drive to Islands of Adventure any Universal. Great communication from owner and easy check in/check out process.

Fantastic Stay!

We were super impressed by this property and the location worked well for our time in Universal Studios as well as at the Orange County Convention Center. There was a ton of space and the bathrooms were nice and big which worked great for our group. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was fairly basic, clean, and nice. Would have liked host to provide an extra roll of toilet paper and trash bag, but otherwise a good value.

Perfect Location

My family was in town for volleyball tournament at the convention center. Location was close to convention center where we coukd walk. But far enough away that it was quiet. Place was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here when we ate in the area again.

Close to Universal

I chose thislocation because of his close proximity to Universal, which is where we were going. Apartment grounds had a locked gate. It was a quiet community the apartment was very nice. Spacious and clean was missing linens for the pullout couch, which I inquired about, and they offered to bring, but we declined . Nice communication with the owner

Amazing Location

Highly recommend this property while visiting in Orlando. Its conveniently located about 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Great place!

Our family had to evacuate for the hurricane. This place was big and perfect for our family and cats. Wish I was there for fun but that was not the case.

Quiet, restful and nice place.

The property was very clean and organized. It was quiet and close enough to walk to my granddaughter's cheer competition. Plenty of room and parking was right in front of building. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Seriously, it's gorgeous. 15 minutes to either Disney or Universal. Quiet gated community with plenty of parking. We loved our stay here.
