This 1800 Sqf condo is perfectly to lodged you to enjoy Orlando`s attractions. Just minutes from all the parks, restaurants and world class shopping and omly 15 minutes fro the airport. Next door to the Convention Center Orange County.
The condo offers a spacious open plan living area with a comfortable seating area, 60" Smart T and large dining area. 2 huge bedrooms with king sized beds and 1 sofa bed.

Located next to Convention Center in Orange County. Near All The Parks Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Disney. Just few minutes to rataurants, world class shopping at Millenia Mall. Florida Malll and Preminium Outlet at Iinternational Drive.

Short distances to all Parks. Universal Studios. Disney. sea World. Eaterpark. Just 10 minutes to I-Drive and a lots restaurants in the area. Shopping Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall and Premium Outlets is very close.
Qiet time 10pm to 09am
Collec trash and put it in the trash bin in front of the unit.
All used towels put in the laundry, no towels on the floor in the bathrooms.

Fantastic Stay!

We were super impressed by this property and the location worked well for our time in Universal Studios as well as at the Orange County Convention Center. There was a ton of space and the bathrooms were nice and big which worked great for our group. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

My family was in town for volleyball tournament at the convention center. Location was close to convention center where we coukd walk. But far enough away that it was quiet. Place was clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely stay here when we ate in the area again.

The home was very clean when i arrived and beautiful with very spacious living areas and beautiful bathrooms. It provided the perfect get away from the Colorado snow and a wonderful environment to hangout with my friends

Great location, could use a deep clean

Location is great; close to parks, shopping etc. Floors were dirty and left the bottoms of my feet black. Dirt under beds and other places as well. Wouldn’t stay in the apartment again but would stay at the complex in a different unit with a different owner.

Great place!

Our family had to evacuate for the hurricane. This place was big and perfect for our family and cats. Wish I was there for fun but that was not the case.

Amazing Location

Highly recommend this property while visiting in Orlando. Its conveniently located about 10 minutes from Universal Studios. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Nice Condo in Vacation Resort - Convenient to Parks and Shopping

This property checks the box for being close to the major theme parks (15-20 mins away), restaurants (5-10 mins away in any direction), and shopping centers. It is next to the Orange County Convention Center which is undergoing a multi-year expansion. The construction will not greatly impact your ability to enter or exit, however the traffic light takes a very long time to change so be patient. The owner responded to my messages in a timely and friendly manner. Pro: The condo served its purpose for our trip - 2 spacious bedrooms with their own bathrooms, 2 dining areas (we didn't use the "formal" dining room), living room, and patio. The appliances are good and worked well (didn't use the dishwasher so don't have feedback on it). Con: 1. Upon our arrival there was a soiled hand towel in the kitchen sink. I messaged the owner who responded timely about the matter (thank you!). 2. The furniture really needs to be replaced. The couch, chair, and loveseat sinks. Th pillows are too flat to support one's back. I was hopeful that this was resolved given the previous reviews. 4. The larger ensuite is in need of renovation. Clearly there's been some water damage from the condo above it. There are several large water stains and a few are are showing mold. 5. The patio clearly had not been cleaned in a while. My husband and I had to clean the furniture, spider webs, and get rid of the hornet nest before settling in with our wine and charcuterie.

Overall everything was great. Condo is very nice. Only suggestion would be to have more kitchen supplies. (more eating utensils, baking sheets, pans, etc... Also did not see any directions on what to do when leaving (laundry, sheets, dishwasher etc..) may have missed it in an email somewhere, but maybe directions left somewhere on what to do when leaving hanging somewhere would help people. Great place, will stay again if ever back.

Quiet, restful and nice place.

The property was very clean and organized. It was quiet and close enough to walk to my granddaughter's cheer competition. Plenty of room and parking was right in front of building. Close to grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Seriously, it's gorgeous. 15 minutes to either Disney or Universal. Quiet gated community with plenty of parking. We loved our stay here.

Great Location

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, convenient to Shows at the Orange County Convention Center and plenty of great places to eat. I only have one suggestion, It is time to upgrade the mattress in the Master Bedroom, it is completely wore out.... Maybe it is also time to Spring Clean the balcony.
