Beautifully updated home close to everything Scottsdale has to offer- shopping, dining, golf, hiking, sports and more!

The perfect home for families or groups of any age.

This beautiful home features modern southwest/desert decor throughout, and a beautiful backyard oasis.

The backyard has a putting green, stunning pool (not heated), floats, lounge chairs, umbrellas, shaded patio with ceiling fans and many seating options, lawn games and propane grill.

The single story home includes 2 distinct living areas with many seating options, a 50” smart TV, electric color-changing fireplace (optional heat), books and games. The separate dining room seats 6. There is a fully stocked kitchen including:
-Keurig and drip coffee maker, pods, and tea
-blender
-toaster
-crockpot
-pots, pans, cooking utensils
-basic cooking oils and spices
-bar essentials (wine, margarita, mule drinkwear; cocktail shaker/tools)

The secluded master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and workspace.

There are queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a queen size air mattress for additional guests. The main bathroom includes double sinks, shower/tub, and door with direct access to the backyard.

Birthday Trip

We stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s 13th birthday. Host was very easy to work with. House was nicely decorated, super clean, and bedrooms were very comfortable for all of us. We had a lot of fun in the pool, and will definitely stay again.

PERFECT! House was just right for us. Pool was great, our grand daughter loved it. We visit Phoenix 3 to 4 times a year to see our daughter. House was 15 minutes from her place. House is in perfect location, next to major highway and plenty of restaurants and shopping. For a family getaway or gathering this place is perfect.

Beyond our expectations!

Beautiful property, amazing amenities, great location and close to everything. We stayed six weeks and would have stayed longer but the property was booked. We had family members visit during our stay and everyone loved the house. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to any needs. Added bonus - our 2 dogs were welcome and also enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful home!

My husband and I just stayed at this property for an entire week. I am so happy we chose this home. Perfect spot to relax by the pool and enjoy family and friends. The home is so warm and welcoming! Beyond also being extremely clean this property has a very homey feel. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and has done beautiful things to make this house a home. Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the area. The hosts were approachable and responsive. They kindly picked us up at the airport and took us to get our rental car, which was a little complicated. There were a few suggestions we left for them that we thought would make the stay for the next guests a little better. It would have been great if the pool had been heated.

Fantastic house. Clean, well designed, awesome pool. Kitchen could use a few more spices (salt) but other than that- lol, We had a great time, and would absolutely stay there again. … if salt is my only problem I found… it’s a big win for us!

The house was super clean & we loved that! Nonetheless, we can’t give it a 5 star rating because we didn’t have hot water in the master bedroom. It was very hot in Scottsdale but a hot shower early morning was missed. The coffee pot should be replaced & a lemon squeezer & cheese shredder are needed. The house is very cute!

Family vacation

House was great. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and accessible. Centrally located to all the outdoor activities we wanted to do. Close to old town. Washer dryer w wet r great. Plenty of pool towels. Pool was pretty cold but we’re assuming that’s the beginning of the season. Great house.

We put so much heart and soul into this home, our first short-term rental. I picked out every piece of furniture, art, decor, and linen by hand. You wont be dealing with a property manager who has a bunch of other listings and guests to worry about. You are our one and only priority and we literally live down the street so we are always just a call away!
