Pet-friendly vacation home with luxury amenities, including a heated pool and putting green, near Old Town Scottsdale!

Within minutes of many local attractions — bars, restaurants, shops, casinos, golf courses, parks, Camelback Mountain, Phoenix Zoo, Spring Training, etc.

Also conveniently situated a mile from the freeway with easy access to PHX Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix, Chase Field, PHX Arena, State Farm Stadium, Mountain American Stadium, Prescott, Sedona and other popular Arizona destinations.

Perfect for families or small groups and those seeking an adventurous or relaxing stay.

Upon entrance you'll discover a spacious living room along with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.

Walk down a few stairs to find the large primary bedroom and freshly remodeled bathroom or up a few stairs to find two sizable guest rooms and a second bathroom.

Each bedroom includes a king or queen size bed with USB charging ports. The primary bedroom also includes a work desk, dresser, smart TV and its own walk-in closet and bathroom. A sleeper sofa and a futon on the main level provide additional sleeping space for guests. A Pack ’n Play (travel crib) is also included.

The property also features a private pool, BBQ grill, dining table, fire table, outdoor TV and putting green!

Up to 2 cats or dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per pet.

Planning to visit during the "cooler" months? We don't blame you. The pool can be heated to a temperature of your choice for an additional $50 per day.

This is a private property with free on-site parking.

A maximum of 8 people are allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm. Guests are responsible for any fines due to noise complaints.

John’s property was perfect for us. Check in was easy and space definitely catered to our group. Shortly after arrival a very competitive putting contest broke out and days later after a few rounds of golf nearby the pool provided perfect relaxation. The property is located nicely to most of Scottsdale attraction and we were able to easily use ride share services on the days we didn’t golf. John was super to communicate with as well. Nearly a month before we arrived he was kind enough to share several of his favorite spots when I requested some suggestions. He was spot on with his picks. May I pass long you should grab breakfast at JOJOs Coffeeshop without doubt.

Thank you so much for the great stay. Our family was in town for our son’s ASU graduation. The yard and kitchen space was perfect for hosting. We enjoyed sitting out back. It was lovely and perfect for our visit. The home is well stocked with essentials. Very comfortable. The host was very nice to work with. Thank you so much.

Overall, our stay was great and the house itself was fantastic. The only downside was the situation with the heated pool. The listing advertises a heated pool, but at check-in we were told it would be an additional 50 per day to heat it. That felt a bit misleading and should be made clearer in the listing. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

Was in town for a funeral with my husband and brother and sister in law. This home had everything we needed, was centrally located and the pool was a nice reprieve!

Perfect spot (especially with young kids or pets)

LOCATION!! Close to everywhere you need to go. The communication with the host directly was excellent, fast on reply and very friendly. The house has two bedrooms upstairs with one restroom and master bedroom with TV and restroom downstairs. Gated pool is perfect for young kids or pets, even has a doggy door, umbrellas for shade, bunch of fun floaties. Full kitchen. Would come back again! Thanks!

Great neighborhood

Great, quiet neighborhood. The house was the perfect size for 6 of us. We really enjoyed the backyard when the AZ spring weather would cooperate. John was very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely pay to have the pool heated in April! We would definitely stay here again!
