We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location is fantastic—just a couple of blocks from a large park—and the neighborhood feels welcoming and convenient. We really enjoyed our time at this property. The location was convenient to Tempe and Scottsdale.The house itself was clean and John was easy to communicate with. The highlight of the house is the backyard. It is a great space for relaxing and definitely the "wow" factor of the home.One small issue is you can hear everything from the level above while in the master bedroom, so it made it a little difficult to fall asleep if the individual in the master goes to bed before the people upstairs.Overall, it was a great house and I would rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies.The proximity to restaurants, shopping and hiking was perfect, while still feeling quiet and private on the property. We enjoyed the outdoor space but were surprised how cold the pool was considering the outside temps were 90-100 degrees. In hindsight, we should have asked for it to be heated. Sound travels easily in the house so you may want to bring a sound machine, especially if using the larger bedroom the basement.

This is my second time staying at the home and I most likely will stay there every time I go back to Scottsdale! John is super easy to work with and very accommodating. Of course the house is lovely and it’s located in a great area and a perfect set up!

Thank you so much for the great stay. Our family was in town for our son’s ASU graduation. The yard and kitchen space was perfect for hosting. We enjoyed sitting out back.
