Our beautifully renovated urban oasis is located in the vibrantly transitioning heart of midtown Atlanta and is ready to host your family and friends' next ATL adventure! This Edwardian style house includes 1550 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, vaulted ceilings and excellent separation of space, 3 large smart TVs, office and laundry room. There are parking spots for 3 passenger cars, as well as street parking and a private gated backyard w/ gazebo, and hot tub. After an exciting day exploring Atlanta, unwind in our cozy living space perfect for intimate gatherings, while creating your next culinary masterpiece in our chef-inspired kitchen, stocked with all the basic mouth-watering spices and updated equipment essentials.
We are within a few blocks to public transportation and Marta station, within 5 minutes of the Atlanta university center and the Mercedes Benz stadium.
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours. -NO SMOKING ALLOWED-
Please note, we have a security camera to monitor the exterior of the property for added safety.

Location to Mercedes Benz Stadium-easy 20 min walk, great mattresses-slept very good. Easy living dining-open concept. Met our top priorities! Host was easy to reach before arrival and provided details that were very important for our stay.

Perfect City Vibe

This property was amazing. Only reason not a full 5 is the bathtub was not working. I have seen some reviews about noise and while I understand why so may consider it noise, I will say the sounds of the city are what made the stay for me. Great location to feel the real city vibe and why I love Atlanta. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location to Mercedes Benz Stadium

We had a great trip. Pros were that the house was about a 20 minute walk to Mercedes Benz Staudium, which was our goal to be walkable. Couple of cons is that there is not much food around, the towels were very musty smelling, and the music in the neighborhood was very loud at night (not necessarily the owners fault, but just thought it was interestting that it was stated in the directions to not be loud because neighbors might call the police).

Pros and Cons

Pros: Modern, immaculately clean and nicely furnished home with well-stocked kitchen, laundry room and lovely backyard hot tub area. Convenient to Midtown Atlanta. Cons: Home is located in an urban neighborhood just on the outskirts of Downtown Atlanta. Lots of noise, booming music and activity throughout the night that can be heard inside the home as well. Beds are very firm memory foam.

Once again would like to apologize for the noise that week and appreciate you communicating with us about it. We did try to contact authorities about the issue, as we informed you there hasnt been noise issues in the past but being that it was a holiday weekend that surely caused an increase in noise
